1. Take charge of English proofreading and copy-editing, as well as the writing, review, and filing of relevant documents and policies; 2. Supervise and develop host teams to ensure smooth event hosting; 3. Assist with departmental administration and publicity tasks, including managing the official WeChat account and departmental email correspondence; 4. Support the management and development of the student journalists' team; 5. Assist in department's event publicity and provide administrative support for university-level events; 6. Collaborate with the team in planning and organizing campus activities to develop a positive campus culture; 7. Assist in handling student affairs, providing information, and dealing with enquires; 8. Support the department's work across the team and complete other work and temporary tasks arranged by the superior.
任職要求
1. A bachelor's degree or above, along with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions; 2. Team spirit with good communication skills and interpersonal skills; 3. An Exceptional command of English and Chinese, both in writing and speaking; 4. Proficiency in the use of Office and social media software; 5. Willing to work overtime when required and on-call during emergencies.

Salary and Benefits Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.
