崗位及要求
① 師資博士后；
② 遵守法律法規(guī)，身心健康，無違法違紀記錄；
③ 具有較強科研能力和學(xué)術(shù)潛力；
④ 年齡原則上在35周歲(含)以下，優(yōu)秀者可以到38周歲；
●有國內(nèi)外知名高?；驒C構(gòu)博士學(xué)位；
●獲博士學(xué)位一般不超過3年，或通過博士學(xué)位論文答辯的應(yīng)屆博士；
●全職在校從事師資博士后研究工作。

Position and Eligibility Requirements
Faculty Development Postdoctoral Re- searcher Eligibility Criteria:
Abide by Chinese laws and university regu- lations;be in good physical and mental health with no criminal or disciplinary record.
Demonstrate strong research capabilities and academic potential.
Generally under the age of 35(inclusive); exceptionally-qualified candidates may be con- sidered up to the age of 38.
Hold a Ph.D.degree from a well-recognized university orresearch institution,eitherin China or abroad.
Ph.D.degree obtained within the last 3 years,or current PhD candidates who have passed their dissertation defense.
Be able to work full-time at GZIC during the postdoctoral appointment period.

01工作條件
①提供“雙一流”A類高校的國家、部省級高水 平科研平臺和科研條件；
②博士后導(dǎo)師100%具有海內(nèi)外一流高校、科研 院所教育工作經(jīng)歷，直接從海外引進人員占比超 90%,院士等高層次人才占比超60%;
③可自主支配的20萬元科研經(jīng)費；
④進站滿18個月至出站后1年內(nèi)，可按規(guī)定評定 高級職稱，出站工作起點更高；
⑤出站考核優(yōu)秀獲得學(xué)校特別資助獎勵的100% 聘用留校。
02生活條件
①年薪34萬元以上(稅前，以下年薪同此；具體電話咨詢),獲國家、廣東省海外引進博士后項 目的(世界排名前200的直接入選)年薪可達57萬 元，出站考核優(yōu)秀學(xué)校另外給與特別資助獎勵3萬 元、5萬元；
②提供校區(qū)內(nèi)博士后公寓，學(xué)校無房時發(fā)放租房補貼2000元/月；
③子女享受附屬中、小、幼優(yōu)質(zhì)教育資源就讀；
④享受學(xué)校公費醫(yī)療等福利待遇；
⑤可辦理廣東省、廣州市人才相關(guān)政策辦理人 才綠卡，享受更多生活、工作的優(yōu)先和便利；
⑥出站留廣東省工作的，廣東省或廣州市財政 額外給予30萬元至50萬元住房補貼(3年)。
