1.Design and deliver effective and engaging English language courses for Academic Purposes and IELTS to undergraduates (10-16 regular teaching hours per week).

2.Develop lesson plans, materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual students.
制定符合課程并滿足學(xué)生個性化需求的課程計劃、學(xué)習(xí)材料和評估方案。
3.Check students’ assignments and provide regular feedback to students and maintain accurate records of their progress.
檢查學(xué)生的作業(yè)并定期向?qū)W生提供反饋，并準確記錄學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)進度。
4.Flexible office hours are required to offer extra tutorials to students in need (6-10 classroom hours per week).

5.Organize and participate in extracurricular English learning activities for students.
組織并參與學(xué)生的課外英語學(xué)習(xí)活動。
6.Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

1.No Criminal Record. Shall abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China.

2.Proficient native English speaker from a recognized English-speaking country (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, etc.).
來自公認的英語國家（美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭等）的精通英語母語者。
3.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields. Applicants who have received undergraduate education in English-speaking countries, regardless of major, are welcome to apply.
教育、英語、語言學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的學(xué)士或更高學(xué)位。在英語國家接受本科教育的應(yīng)聘者，專業(yè)可不作限制。
4.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA certification or equivalent.
取得TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/DELTA 認證或同等教學(xué)資格。
5.Minimum of 2 years of university teaching experience (experience in teaching EAP or IELTS preferred). Exceptional candidates who meet the qualifications stated in the previous criteria may have the teaching experience requirement relaxed.
至少 2 年的大學(xué)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗（有EAP或雅思教學(xué)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先）。特別優(yōu)秀者且滿足上述第4條教學(xué)資格的應(yīng)聘者，可放寬教學(xué)經(jīng)驗相關(guān)條件。
6.Familiarity with the latest teaching methods and technologies.
