●Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
1. Algorithms & Data Structures
2. Databases
3. Software Engineering
4. Web Development
5. Computer Architecture & Organisation
●Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry practices in web development, embedded systems, and robotics
●Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
●Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world software development environments

●Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field
●Strong expertise in software engineering
●Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
●Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
●Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese language skills are a plus
●Industry experience preferred
●English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable
