1.負責實驗室日常運行管理；
Responsible for the daily operation and management of the laboratory;
2.實驗室設(shè)備、試劑、耗材以及研究資源的訂購、維護和管理；
Handle procurement, maintenance, and management of laboratory equipment, reagents, consumables, and research resources;
3.人員管理，包括接待來訪的學(xué)者與學(xué)生，新進組人員培訓(xùn)，協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)備的使用與共享等。
Manage personnel matters, including hosting visiting scholars and students, onboarding and training new members, and coordinating equipment use and sharing;

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，博士學(xué)位獲得者優(yōu)先；
Hold a bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with a PhD degree are preferred;
2.具有獨立和高效的工作能力，具有良好的職業(yè)道德和團隊合作精神，有責任心，善于溝通；
Be capable of working independently and efficiently, with strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, responsibility, and good communication skills;
3.有較好的英語讀寫能力。
Have good English reading and writing skills.
