BiUH seeks a reliable, customer-oriented cashier to join our finance team. Responsible for handling cash/bank transactions, delivering quality service, and ensuring financial accuracy, this role is vital to the finance department's operations.
The main responsibilities include
Position Overview:
(1) Key Responsibilities:
-Expertise in bank deposits/withdrawals, transfers, and checks/drafts processing
-Capable of cross-border payments and FX settlements
-Reconciliation of bank accounts
-Verification of financial documents
(2) Customer Service:
-Providing professional service to students, faculty, and partner
-Answering queries on fees, payment methods, and financial policies
-Resolving payment-related issues
(3) Accounts Processing:
-Proven cash journal management
-Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports per requirements
-Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
(4) Administrative Tasks:
-Supporting filing, data entry, and document management
-Assisting finance team with special projects
(5) Security & Compliance:
-Adhering to cash handling security protocols
-Safeguarding confidential financial data
-Zero-error precision in identifying discrepancies; enforce financial discipline; -coordinating efficiently with banks/tax/business partner
-Successful background check (no crime records) required

Required Education and Experience
-Bachelor’s+ in Accounting/Finance
-2+ years cashier experience (education industry preferred)
Required Skills and Abilitiesl
Good communication/interpersonal skills
-Fluent Chinese (Mandarin)/English
-Proficiency in financial and government software
-Team collaboration
-Knowledge of banking settlement laws
-Continuous learning mindset
