北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院(Peking University School of Transnational Law, 簡(jiǎn)稱“STL”)位于北京大學(xué)深圳校區(qū),創(chuàng)立于2008年,是國(guó)內(nèi)唯一提供美國(guó)法律培養(yǎng)模式(J.D.)的法學(xué)院, 也是中國(guó)及全世界范圍內(nèi),唯一將美國(guó)法律培養(yǎng)模式(J.D.)和我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的法律碩士培養(yǎng)模式(J.M.)相結(jié)合培養(yǎng)法律人才的法學(xué)院。同時(shí),學(xué)院還針對(duì)國(guó)際學(xué)生提供LL.M.培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目。STL廣泛聘請(qǐng)世界頂尖學(xué)者,成功組建了卓越的國(guó)際化師資隊(duì)伍。

因?qū)W院發(fā)展和工作需要,北京大學(xué)國(guó)際法學(xué)院招聘教師及行政支持專員1名。國(guó)際法學(xué)院將為獲聘者提供一個(gè)氣氛融洽的、雙語(yǔ)的、合作性的工作環(huán)境,讓獲聘者的個(gè)人能力和潛力在跨文化的職業(yè)發(fā)展平臺(tái)中得到全面挖掘和提升。

教師及行政支持專員是學(xué)院人事、財(cái)務(wù)和行政支持辦公室的一員,人事、財(cái)務(wù)和行政支持辦公室主要負(fù)責(zé)教職工招聘、人才項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)、預(yù)算管理、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷(xiāo)、固定資產(chǎn)管理,以及為教職工提供辦公和差旅等所需的必要行政支持。教師及行政支持專員向主管行政工作的副院長(zhǎng)匯報(bào)工作。

一、 崗位要求

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷, 專業(yè)不限;

2.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,注重細(xì)節(jié);

3.英文流利,能適應(yīng)中英雙語(yǔ)、跨文化工作環(huán)境;

4.有高校工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮,但不是必要條件。

二、工作職責(zé)

1.協(xié)助常駐教師處理各類日常行政事務(wù),諸如日常交通安排、住宿安排、國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)搬家安排、打印掃描工作文檔、陪同外出等事宜。協(xié)助教師對(duì)接深研院各職能部門(mén)和校園物業(yè)等;

2.負(fù)責(zé)訪問(wèn)教師及學(xué)院訪客的日常行政事務(wù),諸如交通安排、住宿安排、餐飲安排、熟悉校園環(huán)境及參觀深圳了解居住環(huán)境等;

3.協(xié)調(diào)、維系并發(fā)展外部合作商、供應(yīng)商,如機(jī)票代理公司、酒店預(yù)定合作商、國(guó)際運(yùn)輸公司以及深港車(chē)公司等;

4.管理辦公室以及辦公室環(huán)境維護(hù)。涉及辦公室的使用、辦公耗材采購(gòu)、日常維修等;

5.管理教職工宿舍并協(xié)助外籍日常宿舍報(bào)修等宿舍相關(guān)事宜;

6.負(fù)責(zé)院固定資產(chǎn)的采購(gòu)、入賬、分配和定期盤(pán)點(diǎn)。包括對(duì)固定資產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的賬目管理以及實(shí)地盤(pán)查。涉及日常處理固定資產(chǎn)申購(gòu)、固定資產(chǎn)報(bào)廢、固定資產(chǎn)維修等具體事務(wù);

7.承擔(dān)本院安全員的工作以及本院校園白名單的申報(bào)和更新,以及訪客入校的申報(bào)等;

8.參與院內(nèi)大型活動(dòng)、為院內(nèi)各部門(mén)提供行政支持工作,以及負(fù)責(zé)教授及行政支持崗位相關(guān)的預(yù)算、報(bào)銷(xiāo)、付款等,以及擔(dān)任學(xué)生班主任等;

9.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他事項(xiàng)。

PEKING UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF TRANSNATIONAL LAW (“STL”), part of PKU’s Shenzhen Graduate School, is the only law school in China that offers an American Common Law Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), and the only law school in the world that offers both an American law J.D. and a China law Juris Master’s degree (J.M.). STL also offers a unique LL.M. program for international students. STL has assembled an outstanding multinational faculty of scholars from China, the U.S., the EU, Korea, Israel and etc.

STL seeks one creative and motivated individual for the position of Officer of Faculty and Administrative Support. STL offers an engaging bilingual and collaborative working environment, which will hone and promote the candidate’s abilities to work in a cross-cultural professional environment.

The candidate must be attentive to detail and an excellent communicator and be fluent in English. Experience working in an institution of higher education is preferred but not required. The Officer will be part of the Office of HR, Finance and Faculty Support, which deals with faculty and staff recruitment, national and local talent projects and programs application, school budget, reimbursement, and provide support for STL faculty members in business traveling and logistics. The Officer will work under the supervision of the Associate Dean for Administration and Admissions.

Job Description

1.Assisting with resident faculty in dealing with the relocation, transportation, accommodation, international and domestic moving arrangements, on-the-ground support and serving as the first point of contact for faculty and their families regarding daily life inquiries (e.g. housing, printing, etc.); Assisting resident faculty to communicate with PKUSZ administrative departments;

2.Assisting with STL visiting professors and visitors in dealing with the daily administrative affairs, such as transportation, accommodation, meals arrangements, getting familiar with campus environment and city tour;

3.Collaborating with STL and university departments and liaising with external organizations and service providers;

4.Responsible for STL office management and routine maintenance;

5.Responsible for managing campus dormitories and providing assistance to expat faculty and visitors with regards to dormitory maintenance;

6.In charge of STL’s fixed assets management;

7.Undertaking the responsibility of being STL’s security officer, and the work regarding visitor application for campus visit;

8.Providing administrative support and back-up for other team members of STL;

9.Other tasks as assigned, such as serving as class counselor for students.
