一、用工方式(EmploymentType)
項目用工，與第三方派遣公司簽訂勞動合同。

二、工作內(nèi)容(JobResponsibilities)
協(xié)助做好實驗室日常運行管理等工作。
Assist in the daily management and operations of the laboratory.
三、工作地點(WorkLocation)
上海海洋大學臨港校區(qū)（浦東新區(qū)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)滬城環(huán)路999號）。

四、用工期限(EmploymentTerm)
兩年，期滿或項目結束合同自然終止。合同到期根據(jù)工作表現(xiàn)可以續(xù)簽。
Two years. The contract will be automatically terminated upon project completion or expiration. Renewal may be considered based on performance.
五、招聘基本條件(BasicRequirements)
1.身體健康，具有良好思想政治素質，遵守國家的法律法規(guī)和學校規(guī)章制度，恪守職業(yè)道德和工作紀律，富有責任心，主觀能動性強，善于溝通，具有團隊合作精神；
2.碩士及以上學歷畢業(yè)生；
3.具有實驗室管理經(jīng)驗，熟悉分子生物學、結構生物學、微生物學儀器設備者優(yōu)先；
4.具有良好英語水平，要求能夠與外教流暢交流。

2. Master’s degree or above;
3. Prior experience in laboratory management is preferred, especially familiarity with equipment related to molecular biology, structural biology, or microbiology;
4. Proficient in English with the ability to communicate fluently with foreign faculty members.
六、崗位職責(MainDuties)
1.完成上海海洋大學食品與健康國際聯(lián)合研究中心相關事務;
2.協(xié)助實驗室的日常管理和運行等工作；
3.協(xié)助做好學院其它相關服務和保障工作。

九、有關說明(AdditionalNotes)
1.崗位說明：該崗位屬于項目助理崗，試用期2個月，所簽訂合同年限不超過項目執(zhí)行年限。
