三、任職要求Job Qualifications
1.相關(guān)領(lǐng)域博士學(xué)位；
Ph.D. in related disciplines;
2.具有從事高水平學(xué)術(shù)研究的能力或潛力；
Provenabilityorpotentialofconductinghighqualityresearch;expectedtopublisharticlesintop-tieracademicjournals;
3.能夠熟練運(yùn)用中英文授課；
Proven ability or potential of conducting high quality research; expected to publish articles in top-tier academic journals;
4.對于長聘副教授及以上崗位，候選人還需在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域表現(xiàn)出卓越的學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。
The applicants for Tenured Associate Professor, Full Professor and above should also have demonstrated academic leadership in a related discipline with outstanding research records and should be able to teach effectively at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
