01、團(tuán)隊(duì)簡介

北京科技大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科始建于1952年，師資力量雄厚?，F(xiàn)有全職中國科學(xué)院/工程院院士4人、加拿大工程院院士 2人，教育部人才計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者等國家級人才30人，國家重大人才計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目入選者27人。材料學(xué)科科研實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁?，F(xiàn)依托學(xué)科建有包括新金屬材料全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、鋼鐵共性技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、國家材料服役安全科學(xué)中心、國家材料腐蝕與防護(hù)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)中心等12個(gè)國際/國家級平臺，北京市材料智能技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等25個(gè)省部級平臺/機(jī)構(gòu)。

北京科技大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院王魯寧教授團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)有教授、副教授 10 余人，國家級人才 1 人，國家級青年人才 5 人。團(tuán)隊(duì)主要圍繞1）先進(jìn)生物醫(yī)用材料設(shè)計(jì)、制備、表面改性及生物醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用、2）材料力學(xué)行為、腐蝕服役損傷機(jī)制與防護(hù)、3）材料服役高通量表征技術(shù)、4）先進(jìn)能源材料等領(lǐng)域開展基礎(chǔ)性研究和應(yīng)用探索，承擔(dān)多項(xiàng)科技部項(xiàng)目重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、聯(lián)合基金、面上項(xiàng)目、青年項(xiàng)目，以及相關(guān)橫向項(xiàng)目等，發(fā)表多篇研究論文和著作，部分成果得到轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用。

該團(tuán)隊(duì)現(xiàn)面向高校、科研院所招聘博士后1-2名。歡迎有志于從事金屬材料力學(xué)及耐蝕協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)、可控降解、相關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用等方向的研究人員加入！

02、基本條件

1. 招聘方向：

（1）輕質(zhì)金屬高強(qiáng)耐蝕協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì)；

（2）金屬材料微區(qū)腐蝕和開裂機(jī)制；

（3）金屬材料腐蝕服役壽命預(yù)測；

（4）電化學(xué)儲能材料研發(fā)（微型水系鋅電池）。

2. 應(yīng)聘條件：

（1）具有材料學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)博士學(xué)位或即將取得博士學(xué)位；

（2）熟悉腐蝕電化學(xué)多模態(tài)原位表征、多物理場模擬、或機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等；

（3）道德品質(zhì)良好，認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，工作踏實(shí)，有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神；

（4）具有較強(qiáng)的英文論文讀寫和表達(dá)能力。

01 Introduction to the School of Materials Science and Engineering and Professor Luníng Wang's Team

The discipline of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing (USTB) was established in 1952 and boasts a strong faculty team. There are currently 4 full-time academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences/Engineering, 2 academicians of the Canadian Academy of Engineering, 30 national-level talents including winners of the Ministry of Education Talent Program and National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and 27 winners of the National Major Talent Program for Young Talents. The Materials discipline has strong research capabilities, with 12 international/national-level platforms such as the State Key Laboratory for New Metallic Materials, Collaborative Innovation Center for Common Technologies of Steel, National Center for Materials Service Safety Science, and National Data Center for Materials Corrosion and Protection Science, as well as 25 provincial and ministerial-level platforms/institutions including the Beijing Key Laboratory of Material Intelligence Technology.

Professor Luníng Wang’s team at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, USTB, currently has more than 10 professors and associate professors, including 1 national-level talent and 5 national-level young talents. The team focuses on four main research areas: (1) design, preparation, surface modification, and biomedical applications of advanced biomaterials; (2) mechanical behavior of materials, corrosion service damage mechanism and protection; (3) high-throughput characterization technology for materials service; (4) advanced energy materials. The team undertakes several major national projects, including key research and development programs from the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation key projects, joint funds, general projects, youth projects, and related horizontal projects, and has published many research papers and monographs, with some results already transformed and applied.

The team is currently recruiting 1-2 postdoctoral researchers from universities and research institutes. We welcome researchers interested in synergistic design of mechanical and corrosion resistance of metallic materials, controllable degradation, and related applied research to join us!

02 Basic Requirements

Recruitment directions:

(1) Synergistic design of high-strength and corrosion-resistant lightweight metals;

(2) Mechanisms of localized corrosion and cracking in metallic materials;

(3) Service life prediction of metallic materials under corrosion.

Application requirements:

(1) Possess or soon to obtain a Ph.D. degree in materials science or a related field;

(2) Familiar with corrosion electrochemical multimodal in-situ characterization, multiphysics field simulation, or machine learning;

(3) Good moral character, responsible, diligent, with strong team spirit;

(4) Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.

Job responsibilities:

(1) Assist in laboratory operation and management;

(2) Carry out scientific research related to the project;

(3) Assist in mentoring undergraduates and graduate students.

03 On-Station Benefits

In addition to the university’s basic salary, additional support is provided by the supervising professor, with no upper limit;

For those selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program or National (International) Postdoctoral Exchange Program, university benefits are awarded cumulatively;

Outstanding entrants with excellent academic records may be offered the “Dingxin” postdoctoral package, and exceptionally outstanding postdoctoral fellows may be appointed as specially appointed associate professors upon completion;
