北京科技大學(xué)材料科學(xué)與工程學(xué)科始建于1952年,師資力量雄厚?,F(xiàn)有全職中國科學(xué)院/工程院院士4人、加拿大工程院院士 2人,教育部人才計(jì)劃、國家自然科學(xué)基金杰出青年基金獲得者等國家級人才30人,國家重大人才計(jì)劃青年項(xiàng)目入選者27人。材料學(xué)科科研實(shí)力強(qiáng)勁?,F(xiàn)依托學(xué)科建有包括新金屬材料全國重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、鋼鐵共性技術(shù)協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、國家材料服役安全科學(xué)中心、國家材料腐蝕與防護(hù)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)中心等12個(gè)國際/國家級平臺,北京市材料智能技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室等25個(gè)省部級平臺/機(jī)構(gòu)。

02、基本條件
1. 招聘方向:
(1)輕質(zhì)金屬高強(qiáng)耐蝕協(xié)同設(shè)計(jì);
(2)金屬材料微區(qū)腐蝕和開裂機(jī)制;
(3)金屬材料腐蝕服役壽命預(yù)測;
(4)電化學(xué)儲能材料研發(fā)(微型水系鋅電池)。
2. 應(yīng)聘條件:
(1)具有材料學(xué)或相
(2)熟悉腐蝕電化學(xué)多模態(tài)原位表征、多物理場模擬、或機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等;
(3)道德品質(zhì)良好,認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé),工作踏實(shí),有團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神;
(4)具有較強(qiáng)的英文論文讀寫和表達(dá)能力。
3. 崗位職責(zé):
(1)協(xié)助實(shí)驗(yàn)室的運(yùn)行與管理;
(2)開展與課題相關(guān)的科研工作;
(3)協(xié)助指導(dǎo)本科生和研究生。

01 Introduction to the
The discipline of
Materials Science and Engineering at the
Professor Luníng
Wang’s team at the
The team is currently recruiting 1-2 postdoctoral researchers from universities and research institutes. We welcome researchers interested in synergistic design of mechanical and corrosion resistance of metallic materials, controllable degradation, and related applied research to join us!
02 Basic Requirements
Recruitment directions:
(1) Synergistic design of high-strength and corrosion-resistant lightweight metals;
(2) Mechanisms of localized corrosion and cracking in metallic materials;
(3) Service life prediction of metallic materials under corrosion.
Application requirements:
(1) Possess or soon to obtain a Ph.D. degree in materials science or a related field;
(2) Familiar with corrosion electrochemical multimodal in-situ characterization, multiphysics field simulation, or machine learning;
(3) Good moral character, responsible, diligent, with strong team spirit;
(4) Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Job responsibilities:
(1) Assist in laboratory operation and management;
(2) Carry out scientific research related to the project;
(3) Assist in mentoring undergraduates and graduate students.
03 On-Station Benefits
In addition to the university’s basic salary, additional support is provided by the supervising professor, with no upper limit;
For those selected for the Postdoctoral Innovation Talent Support Program or National (International) Postdoctoral Exchange Program, university benefits are awarded cumulatively;
Outstanding entrants with excellent academic records may be offered the “Dingxin” postdoctoral package, and exceptionally outstanding postdoctoral fellows may be appointed as specially appointed associate professors upon completion;
