【Position Summary】

We are seeking Technical Specialist / Manager for our Autonomous Driving Laboratory

The main responsibilities include

-Planning and building the autonomous driving lab platform, including software and hardware selection, equipment procurement, and system integration

-Managing daily operations of the lab, including equipment maintenance, safety management, and budget control

-Assisting in the development and execution of research and technical projects related to autonomous driving

-Developing modules in sensor fusion, navigation and localization, path planning, and vehicle control, and supporting student or project teams in system integration and testing

-Promoting technical cooperation and joint R&D with universities, research institutions, and industry partners both domestically and internationally

-Supporting student research training and innovation activities, and guiding student teams in the implementation of competition projects

-Preparing documentation for research project applications and assisting in applying for government-funded or enterprise-sponsored projects

-Participating in intellectual property applications and technology transfer of lab research outcomes

【Qualifications】

Required Education

-Master’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Computer Science, or related fields (PhD preferred)

Required Experience

-At least 2 years of engineering experience in autonomous driving or related field

-Development of autonomous driving systems (perception, localization, planning, control)

-End-to-end autonomous driving systems

-Multi-sensor fusion (e.g., IMU, UWB, GPS, cameras, LiDAR, etc.)

-Embedded system development, ROS applications, SLAM algorithms, path planning and trajectory tracking

Preferred Experience and Skills

-Proficient in at least one major programming language (e.g., C++, Python), with strong engineering implementation skills

-Strong project management and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently

-Experience in applying for and managing government or enterprise-funded research projects is preferred

-Good command of English reading and writing; ability to read technical literature and communicate in English is a plus
