一、課題組長(zhǎng)介紹及研究方向PI Introduction & Research Directions
Svetoslav Chakarov研究員，博士生導(dǎo)師，上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院/上海市免疫學(xué)研究所課題組長(zhǎng)。2014年博士畢業(yè)于法國(guó)圖盧茲第三大學(xué)（University Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, France）免疫學(xué)專業(yè)，2014年至2019年在新加坡免疫學(xué)聯(lián)網(wǎng)Florent Ginhoux課題組從事博士后研究，并于2019年以第一作者在Science雜志發(fā)表重要研究成果。2019-2020年任職新加坡免疫學(xué)網(wǎng)高級(jí)研究員。2021年作為海外高層次人才和上海高校特聘教授（東方學(xué)者）引進(jìn)加盟上海交通大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院/上海市免疫學(xué)研究所并擔(dān)任“髓系細(xì)胞生物學(xué)與代謝”課題組組長(zhǎng)，并于2025年以最后通訊作者在Science雜志發(fā)表重要研究成果。2021年獲得上海市科委外國(guó)專家項(xiàng)目，2022年入選國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)青（海外）項(xiàng)目，2023年作為項(xiàng)目骨干參與科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃，2024年獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目資助，2025年獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金外國(guó)學(xué)者研究基金項(xiàng)目資助。
課題組主要集中于研究巨噬細(xì)胞異質(zhì)性對(duì)肥胖和代謝性疾病的影響；嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞在代謝性疾病中與周圍環(huán)境的相互作用；以生信分析為工具，整合單細(xì)胞 RNA-seq、單細(xì)胞ATAC-seq、單細(xì)胞蛋白表達(dá)和高維空間成像。課題組采用前沿的跨學(xué)科研究方法，旨在了解肥胖和/或代謝疾病期間小鼠和人類先天免疫細(xì)胞/基質(zhì)細(xì)胞的相互作用。在Science, PNAS, Immunity, Journal of Experimental Medicine等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表研究論文。
現(xiàn)因課題組研究需要，擬面向海內(nèi)外誠(chéng)聘助理研究員1人，博士后2人。
二、招聘崗位-助理研究員Research Assistant
1、具有免疫學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、生物學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)研究方向博士學(xué)位，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域期刊上以第一作者發(fā)表文章，具有國(guó)內(nèi)外一流研究機(jī)構(gòu)博士后研究經(jīng)歷，一般年齡不超過(guò)40周歲。
2、協(xié)助課題組長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行高水平研究工作，申請(qǐng)課題，并指導(dǎo)實(shí)驗(yàn)室成員的研究工作等。
3、熟練掌握以下實(shí)驗(yàn)技能者優(yōu)先考慮：動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)、流式細(xì)胞/分選實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)及成像相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)。
4、熱愛(ài)科研，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，工作積極主動(dòng)，具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，可長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作。

三、招聘崗位-博士后Postdoc Position
1、具有免疫學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、生物學(xué)或醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)研究方向博士學(xué)位，年齡一般不超過(guò)35周歲。
2、熟練掌握以下實(shí)驗(yàn)技能者優(yōu)先考慮：動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)、流式細(xì)胞/分選實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)實(shí)驗(yàn)及成像相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)。
3、熱愛(ài)科研，具有獨(dú)立科研能力，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，善于交流及團(tuán)隊(duì)合作。
薪資待遇：
1、提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的待遇，優(yōu)秀博士后可入選“上海市免疫學(xué)研究所博士后創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃”，年薪27萬(wàn)起。免疫所博士后創(chuàng)新計(jì)劃實(shí)行“3+X” 培養(yǎng)模式，入站3年期滿后進(jìn)行考核，優(yōu)秀者可繼續(xù)工作1-2年。

“Myeloid cell biology and metabolism”

Research Assistant
Successful applicants will have a PhD in Immunology, Biology, or Computational Biology. Have published articles as first author in relevant fields, and have postdoctoral research experience in domestic or foreign first-class research institutions. Can carry out scientific research work independently. Expertise in one of the following areas: Immunology (expertise in innate immunity), Computational biology (basic skills), Biology (Rodent handling, Flow cytometry/cell sorting, tissue/cell cultures and imaging).
Candidates will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing experimental protocols, data analysis and interpretation.
Specific projects will be discussed with potential applicants depending on their field of expertise and interests. Projects are centered around several main themes:
Macrophage heterogeneity contribution to obesity and metabolic disease.
Eosinophils crosstalk with their environment during metabolic diseases.
Computational centered tools for integration of single-cell RNA-seq, single-cell ATAC-seq, single-cell protein expression and high dimensional spatial imaging.
Postdoc Position
