二、任職要求Qualifications
1、申請者應(yīng)擁有相應(yīng)博士學(xué)位，具備良好學(xué)術(shù)訓(xùn)練和國際交流能力；

2、應(yīng)聘助理教授崗位者，須具備突出學(xué)術(shù)潛力；
Applicants for the position of assistant professor should have outstanding academic potential;
3、應(yīng)聘準(zhǔn)聘副教授以上崗位，須具有高?；蚩蒲袡C(jī)構(gòu)工作經(jīng)驗。
