一、學(xué)院介紹
南京大學(xué)南京赫爾辛基大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)學(xué)院（簡稱“南赫學(xué)院”）是南京大學(xué)與芬蘭赫爾辛基大學(xué)共同建設(shè)的中外合作辦學(xué)機構(gòu)，于2022年4月正式獲得教育部批準。南赫學(xué)院作為國內(nèi)首個圍繞大氣科學(xué)專業(yè)，實施本、碩、博多層次高等學(xué)歷教育的中外合作辦學(xué)機構(gòu)，擁有南京大學(xué)和赫爾辛基大學(xué)相應(yīng)層次的學(xué)位授予權(quán)。
南赫學(xué)院基于兩校在大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域長達十余年的高水平國際科研合作，依托兩校在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域高度互補的學(xué)科優(yōu)勢和特色，進一步通過聯(lián)合師資、聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)、聯(lián)合管理等機制，實現(xiàn)強強聯(lián)手，努力培養(yǎng)一批具有卓越學(xué)識、創(chuàng)新精神和國際視野的拔尖人才。學(xué)院將瞄準應(yīng)對氣候變化和可持續(xù)發(fā)展等國際科學(xué)前沿和國家重大需求，拓展兩校在傳統(tǒng)大氣科學(xué)領(lǐng)域的優(yōu)勢，聚焦大氣科學(xué)與人工智能、社會經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)健康等學(xué)科交叉融合創(chuàng)新，共同打造全新的、全尺度大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)研究與人才培養(yǎng)體系。
南赫學(xué)院已于2023年正式開始首批本、碩、博學(xué)生招生，并將以南京大學(xué)蘇州校區(qū)為主體開展培養(yǎng)。
二、招聘崗位設(shè)置
南京大學(xué)南赫學(xué)院擬面向全球招聘有志于從事大氣與地球系統(tǒng)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域各主要研究方向的優(yōu)秀青年人才到學(xué)院工作，工作地點主要為南京大學(xué)蘇州校區(qū)。本次擬招聘準聘助理教授、準聘副教授若干名，特別優(yōu)秀的高層次人才崗位另議。擬招聘崗位的研究方向主要如下：

4.出色的教學(xué)能力：具有勝任本專業(yè)核心基礎(chǔ)課程和前沿課程的英文教學(xué)能力，掌握良好的教學(xué)方法，具有較強的語言表達能力；
5.突出的科研成果顯示度與未來科研發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ涸谙嚓P(guān)研究方向有較為系統(tǒng)的研究積累和具有一定國際影響的創(chuàng)新性研究成果，未來研究計劃思路清晰，具有較好的學(xué)術(shù)潛力；

II. JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for candidates who have a distinguished record of accomplishment in, but not limited to the field of Atmospheric and Earth System Sciences, and are committed to excellence in research and teaching mainly on Suzhou Campus of Nanjing University. Several
Tenure-Track Associate/Assistant Professor positions are open for application. Tenured Positions for high-level talents may be further negotiated separately. Areas of the proposed positions include:

III. QUALIFICATIONS
Ph.D. in Atmospheric Sciences or related fields with a record of academic excellence.
For Tenure-Track Assistant Professors, at least 2 years of research experiences after PhD graduation;
For Tenure-Track Associate Professors, at least 4 years of research experiences after PhD graduation (may be further discussed in case of exceptional);
Proven record of excellence in teaching and good academic track record for the career stage and international recognition.
Under 40 years old, with the date on the valid ID document serving as the basis for age verification. If the applicant already holds the title of associate senior engineer or above, the age limit may be appropriately relaxed.
