一、論壇簡介 Introduction

上海交通大學于1985年建立高等教育研究室，2007年成立高等教育研究院，2020年，在教育部、上海市的關(guān)心指導下，在全校各相關(guān)院系和職能部處、上海市實驗性示范性高中的大力支持下，上海交通大學教育學院應(yīng)運而生?；厮?/span>1897年4月8日，上海交通大學的前身——南洋公學首開師范院，開啟正式辦學，亦成為中國師范教育之端，為儲才興邦貢獻卓著。今天，作為高水平綜合性大學舉辦教師教育的開拓者之一，上海交大教育學院承載著國家、社會各界的期待和熱望，秉持“尚探究、重實踐、跨學科、講情懷”的辦學理念，以培養(yǎng)面向未來的卓越教師、教育管理者和教育研究人員為目標，積極肩負起“國之大者”的使命和擔當，為教育強國做出應(yīng)有的努力和貢獻。

上海交通大學教育學院國際青年學者論壇是面向國內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學者舉辦的學術(shù)交流盛會，旨在為國內(nèi)外高層次優(yōu)秀青年學者搭建一個學術(shù)交流的平臺。通過專題報告、學術(shù)研討、人才洽談等形式，圍繞國際學術(shù)前沿，探討學科熱點問題，促進學術(shù)交流與合作，也為教育學院優(yōu)秀青年學者的引進提供渠道。

Established in 2020, the School of Education (SOE) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU) is a young academic institution with a long history. SOE is committed to the highest academic standards and professional integrity. As we lay new initiatives for the future, our mission is to generate, study, and teach strategies, practices, and tools for addressing educational problems and preparing the current and the next generation of educators, policy-makers, and researchers. 

Hosted by SOE, the SJTU International Young Scholars Forum on Education is designed for outstanding young scholars around the world. It is our hope that, through key lectures, seminars and talent exchanges, a platform of communication will be established for worldwide young scholars with excellent academic background in the education field. Furthermore, it is our anticipation that young scholars will be motivated to achieve their aspirations here and boost the development of SOE.

二、申請條件 Recruitment Form

年齡一般不超過40周歲，具有博士學位或博士后研究經(jīng)歷等良好的學術(shù)背景和學術(shù)潛力；或在海內(nèi)外高校或科研機構(gòu)圍繞教育及相關(guān)領(lǐng)域開展創(chuàng)新性研究，已取得重要研究成果或具有良好發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/span>

Applicants should be under 40 in general, with a doctoral degree or with post-doctoral research experience, or with well-established academic accomplishments or great potentials in educational research in worldwide universities or institutions.

三、報告主題 Academic Themes

論壇聚焦于教育學科，包括但不限于以下主題：

科學教育與工程教育、世界一流大學研究、學生發(fā)展與人才成長研究、課程與教學研究、學生心理健康促進研究、教育大數(shù)據(jù)與評價研究、教育領(lǐng)導力與政策研究、未來教育研究、教育基本理論研究、基礎(chǔ)教育與教師教育研究。

The academic themes include but not limited to:

STEM Education, World-Class Universities Research, Student Achievement and Human Development Research, Curriculum and Instruction Research, School Mental Health Research, Educational Big Data and Evaluation Research, Educational Leadership and Policy Research, Future Education Research, Education Theory Research, and Compulsory Education and Teacher Education Research.

申請截止時間為2025年12月10日；屆時學院將向受邀學者發(fā)送邀請函，請及時查收郵件。
