南方科技大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科國(guó)際青年學(xué)者論壇是數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科延攬優(yōu)秀人才的重要會(huì)議。本論壇旨在為海內(nèi)外青年學(xué)者提供一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)交流的平臺(tái)，共同探討國(guó)際前沿問題，推進(jìn)學(xué)科交叉與學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新。通過引進(jìn)世界一流人才，大力推進(jìn)數(shù)學(xué)一流學(xué)科的建設(shè)。數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科誠(chéng)邀海內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者報(bào)名參加！
The Global Mathematics Young Scholars Forum hosted by the mathematics discipline of Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) aims to provide a platform for young scholars in mathematics to present their best research results, exchange their research ideas and discuss their ambition of contributing to the development of a world-class mathematics discipline at SUSTech. Through this Forum, we hope to select and recruit outstanding researchers who share our vision and ambition to become a world-class center for mathematics research.

四、差旅與住宿 Travel and accommodation
主辦方將統(tǒng)一安排食宿（免費(fèi)）；受邀參加線下會(huì)議的青年學(xué)者請(qǐng)自訂機(jī)票（經(jīng)濟(jì)艙），主辦方將為參會(huì)學(xué)者據(jù)實(shí)報(bào)銷往返差旅費(fèi)，限額2萬元/人。
Sponsor will arrange accommodation for all participants (paid by the host). Young scholars who are invited to participate in the Forum are required to book their own air tickets (economy class). Sponsor will reimburse the round-trip travel expenses of the participating scholars according to the actual expenses, with a limit of 20,000 yuan per person.

優(yōu)秀青年人才（副教授/助理教授）
1. 引進(jìn)條件
年齡一般不超過40周歲，海外取得博士學(xué)位或國(guó)內(nèi)取得博士學(xué)位后具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上的海外科研工作經(jīng)歷，在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等有正式教學(xué)或科研職位。特別優(yōu)秀的，可適當(dāng)放寬要求，不受上述條件限制。

深圳國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心招聘在應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)、機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)等數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用相關(guān)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域具有出色的學(xué)術(shù)能力和影響力并取得突出成績(jī)的領(lǐng)軍人才、優(yōu)秀青年骨干人才或?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人。能夠領(lǐng)銜和組織實(shí)施高級(jí)別科研項(xiàng)目或應(yīng)用落地項(xiàng)目。
2. 支持措施
科研經(jīng)費(fèi)：政府和學(xué)校在5年內(nèi)可提供最高可達(dá)400萬元科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)（以聘任信為準(zhǔn)）。
團(tuán)隊(duì)支撐：學(xué)校持續(xù)每年提供至少1個(gè)學(xué)校支持博士研究生招生指標(biāo)和2個(gè)員額內(nèi)博士后招收名額（學(xué)校承擔(dān)50%費(fèi)用）。引進(jìn)人才可自行招收研究序列教師、研究學(xué)者和科研教學(xué)助理等。
3. 薪酬待遇
薪酬收入：具有全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬；并享有個(gè)人所得稅優(yōu)惠政策，即符合條件的高端人才、緊缺人才在深圳市已繳納的個(gè)人所得稅超過其按應(yīng)納稅所得額的15%部分，將由深圳市給予財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼，該補(bǔ)貼免征個(gè)人所得稅。
社保等福利待遇：學(xué)校按照深圳市最高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)購(gòu)買五險(xiǎn)一金，并提供商業(yè)補(bǔ)充醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)和高端商業(yè)醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。

5.深圳國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心平臺(tái)特別支持
1)教學(xué)研究系列人員除享受南方科技大學(xué)同類人員待遇外每年可減免教學(xué)工作量。
2)對(duì)于中心以專職聘用方式急需引進(jìn)的高層次人才，在同期南方科技大學(xué)人才引進(jìn)政策的基礎(chǔ)上，可設(shè)立科研經(jīng)費(fèi)增量20-100萬、安家費(fèi)增量10-50萬以及年薪增量5-20萬。對(duì)于擬專職聘用的特別優(yōu)秀的“高精尖缺”人才或團(tuán)隊(duì)，可按“一事一議“的方式引進(jìn)。
Young Faculty (Associate / Assistant professors)
Qualifications
Under the age of 40. Doctoral degree obtained from internationally renowned universities and institutes; or Ph.D. degrees from Chinese universities and have more than 36 months of overseas work experience, with a formal teaching or research position in famous overseas universities and research institutes.
Department of Mathematics recruits in all fields of mathematics.
NCAMS recruits researchers who have demonstrated exceptional academic capabilities and influence in fields related to applied mathematics, computational mathematics, machine learning, and other mathematical applications, and have the ability to lead and organize high-level research projects or applied projects.
Level of Support
Research startup funds：A maximum of CNY 4 million in research funding is provided by local government and the university for the first 5 years of employment.
Additional Support: At least 1 PhD student fully paid by the university and 2 post-doctoral fellows partially (50%) subsidized by the university. Additional research assistant professors (RAPs), research scholars and research assistants hired by the faculty member her/himself. High-level talents can also independently hire one research assistant professor in NCAMS.
Remuneration
Salary: Globally competitive salary (one of the best in the sector); Preferential policy of individual income tax, income tax of qualified high-level talents will be compensated by local government to a maximum of 15% for qualified candidates.
Insurances: Shenzhen’s highest level of retirement insurance, medical insurance, unemployment insurance, industrial injury insurance, maternity insurance and housing provident funds. And provide commercial supplementary medical insurance and high-level commercial medical insurance.
Subsidy: The university will assist in applying for the corresponding talent programs according to the national, provincial and municipal talent policies. Successful personnel will receive the relevant program funding / reward.
Benefits
Housing: Temporary on-campus apartments provided or subsidies to support off-campus rental housing.
Other benefits: Permanent residence or resident visa service for scholars and family (spouse and children); Service of children’s education in SUSTech affiliated preschool, primary school and middle school.
NCAMS Benefits
1)Teaching and research series staff, in addition to enjoying the same benefits as similar personnel at Southern University of Science and Technology, may have their teaching workload reduced annually.
2)For high-level talents urgently recruited by NCAMS through full-time employment, in addition to the university's talent recruitment policy in the same period, an increment of 200,000 to 1,000,000 RMB in research funding, an increment of 100,000 to 500,000 RMB in settlement allowance, and an annual salary increment of 50,000 to 200,000 RMB can be provided.

南科大數(shù)學(xué)系成立于2015年6月，現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ)數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、概率論與金融數(shù)學(xué)四個(gè)學(xué)科方向，包含拓?fù)?、代?shù)、動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)、組合數(shù)學(xué)、數(shù)論、代數(shù)幾何、偏微分方程、數(shù)學(xué)物理與微分幾何、應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算數(shù)學(xué)、控制與優(yōu)化、數(shù)值分析、概率論、金融數(shù)學(xué)等14個(gè)主要研究領(lǐng)域。
數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科已建成一支國(guó)際化的一流師資隊(duì)伍，現(xiàn)有教研序列教師46人，其中包括1位中科院外籍院士，1位巴西科學(xué)院院士，1位為國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)家大會(huì)1小時(shí)報(bào)告人，2位為45分鐘報(bào)告人，包括多名國(guó)際數(shù)學(xué)獎(jiǎng)?wù)芦@得者，其中1位為菲爾茲獎(jiǎng)獲得者，1位是古根海姆獎(jiǎng)（Guggenheim Fellowships）獲得者，45%的教研系列教師系國(guó)家認(rèn)定的高層次人才；7人在“四大”數(shù)學(xué)頂尖雜志發(fā)表論文；30余人次擔(dān)任國(guó)際期刊主編、副主編、編委。
數(shù)學(xué)系教師共獲批150余項(xiàng)以南科大為單位的項(xiàng)目（100余項(xiàng)國(guó)家級(jí)項(xiàng)目，其中國(guó)自然重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)，國(guó)自然優(yōu)青3項(xiàng)，科技部青年科學(xué)家2項(xiàng)）。2018年11月，數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科入選廣東省高等教育“沖一流、補(bǔ)短板、強(qiáng)特色”提升計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)建設(shè)學(xué)科。2019年，獲批廣東省重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室一項(xiàng)。2020年，獲批牽頭建設(shè)深圳國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心，為首批十三個(gè)國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心之一，也是深圳首個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)數(shù)學(xué)中心。2022年2月，數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科入選“雙一流”建設(shè)學(xué)科名單（全國(guó)總共只有15個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科入選）。2024年至2025年，數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科連續(xù)兩年在泰晤士高等教育中國(guó)學(xué)科評(píng)級(jí)中獲評(píng)A+。2025年5月，數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科首次進(jìn)入ESI全球前1%學(xué)科。

2020年2月，經(jīng)科技部遴選，深圳國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“中心”）成為首批獲得支持建設(shè)的十三個(gè)國(guó)家應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)中心之一。中心由南方科技大學(xué)牽頭，協(xié)同深圳大學(xué)、中國(guó)科學(xué)院深圳先進(jìn)技術(shù)研究院、中國(guó)電子科技集團(tuán)共建，匯聚了我市主要高校和多個(gè)重要企事業(yè)單位的相關(guān)主力，將聚焦網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息體系中的建模與計(jì)算、精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療應(yīng)用中的建模與計(jì)算、科學(xué)工程計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì)軟件、金融科技與數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)中的建模與計(jì)算等四個(gè)核心方向開展應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)和數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用研究，主要應(yīng)用于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息與通訊、智慧城市管理、醫(yī)學(xué)成像設(shè)備開發(fā)、精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)療、集成電路、工程計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì)、金融信用大數(shù)據(jù)、智慧金融等方面。中心將以攻堅(jiān)國(guó)家重大需求為主要宗旨，以“立足深圳，輻射灣區(qū)，面向全國(guó)，放眼世界”為建設(shè)原則，瞄準(zhǔn)深圳市產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新及企業(yè)發(fā)展重大需求中的數(shù)學(xué)問題開展研究，尤其是與數(shù)學(xué)應(yīng)用有關(guān)的共性關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問題，打破單位界限和學(xué)科壁壘，打造集人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究、產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)相互銜接的基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)中心，服務(wù)于深圳的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展。
Introduction to
In February 2020,
selected by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the
NCAMS brings together key resources from local universities and various significant enterprises and institutions. It focuses on research in applied mathematics in four core areas: modeling and computation in the network information system, modeling and computation in precision medical applications, scientific engineering computation and design software, and modeling and computation in financial technology and the digital economy. These areas are applied to fields such as network information and communication, smart city management, medical imaging equipment development, precision medical care, integrated circuits, engineering computation and design, financial credit and big data, and smart finance.
NCAMS's primary mission is to address national major needs and adhere to the principles of ‘Based in Shenzhen, radiating the Bay Area, facing the nation, and looking to the world’. It aims to research mathematical problems, especially common key technical issues related to mathematical applications, which is essential for industrial innovation and enterprise development in Shenzhen. NCAMS aims to break down institutional boundaries and disciplinary barriers, creating a fundamental scientific center that integrates talent cultivation, scientific research, and industrial services, ultimately serving the economic and social development of Shenzhen.
