一、主要工作職責(zé)

1.雅思初級英語、雅思中級英語、商務(wù)英語、跨文化交際、相關(guān)專業(yè)課程等教學(xué)，教學(xué)工作量平均每教學(xué)周不低于12個學(xué)時；

2.學(xué)生競賽指導(dǎo)；

3.參與學(xué)校、院（部）對外合作項目、專業(yè)建設(shè)、教學(xué)研究與教學(xué)改革；

4.完成學(xué)校、院（部）安排的其他工作。

二、招聘基本條件

1.優(yōu)先考慮英語母語的應(yīng)聘者，特別是來自美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、新西蘭、愛爾蘭等英語文化背景的國家；

2.必須具有全日制學(xué)士學(xué)位，碩士、博士學(xué)位優(yōu)先；

3.必須持有TEFL（Teaching English as a Foreign Language）或TESOL（Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages）等教學(xué)資格證書。優(yōu)先考慮具備雅思或托福教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，并愿意同時教授經(jīng)濟管理類、醫(yī)學(xué)類、建筑工程類、計算機通訊類等基礎(chǔ)課程的候選人；

4.遵守中國法律法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，尊重中國傳統(tǒng)文化和生活習(xí)慣，禁止從事反華活動或在教學(xué)過程中從事任何非法傳教活動；

5.品行端正，無犯罪記錄，無法律糾紛；

6.身體健康，原則上年齡不超過55歲，且擁有合法的工作簽證，簽證有效期不得少于6個月；

7.具備認真負責(zé)的職業(yè)精神，能夠出色完成教學(xué)工作，并取得相應(yīng)成果。

三、薪酬福利待遇

1.月薪：人民幣1.5-2萬元，具體薪資根據(jù)資歷及工作經(jīng)驗進一步協(xié)商；

2.住宿：提供校內(nèi)單人宿舍；

3.保險：按規(guī)定購買相關(guān)保險；

4.機票：每年報銷一次回國經(jīng)濟艙往返機票；

Guangdong Xin'an Polytechnic 2026 Recruitment Notice for Foreign Teachers

Position: Foreign Teacher (English Language)

Location: Nanshan, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China

I. Main Responsibilities

Teach courses including IELTS English, Business English, Cross-Cultural Communication, and related professional courses. The average teaching workload is no less than 12 hours per week.

Guide students in academic competitions.

Participate in the school's and department's external cooperation projects, curriculum development, teaching research, and teaching reforms.

Complete other duties as assigned by the school or department.

II. Qualifications

Native English speakers preferred, especially those from English-speaking countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

A full-time bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s or doctoral degree is preferred.

Must hold a valid TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) or TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) certification.

Priority will be given to candidates with experience in teaching IELTS or TOEFL and those willing to also teach foundational courses in economics, management, medicine, architecture, engineering, and computer science.

Adherence to Chinese laws, regulations, and the school’s rules is required. Candidates should respect Chinese culture and customs and refrain from engaging in any anti-China activities or illegal missionary work during teaching.

Good character with no criminal record or legal disputes.

Good health, generally under the age of 55, and possess a valid work visa with at least six months of validity.

A responsible professional attitude, with the ability to excel in teaching and achieve relevant results.

III. Salary and Benefits

Monthly salary: RMB 15,000–20,000, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Accommodation: On-campus single room dormitory provided.

Insurance: Insurance will be provided according to Chinese regulations.

Airfare: Reimbursement for one round-trip economy class airfare to the home country per year.
