二、崗位職責(zé)：
1.承擔(dān)全校非英語(yǔ)專業(yè)學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)、寫(xiě)作、文化類(lèi)課程、暑期課程，每周教學(xué)工作量為8-12課時(shí)；
2.聘期內(nèi)在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域發(fā)表1-2篇文章（含學(xué)術(shù)期刊論文或會(huì)議宣讀等）；
3.參與英語(yǔ)課程建設(shè)與教學(xué)改革，協(xié)助教材編寫(xiě)，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生參加專業(yè)競(jìng)賽，并積極參與文化推廣活動(dòng)；
4.承擔(dān)院系交辦的有關(guān)學(xué)科發(fā)展和人才培養(yǎng)的其他任務(wù)。
Job Description:
1.Teach English speaking, writing, and culture-related courses for students of non-English majors, with teaching workload of 8–12 class hours per week.
2.Publish 1–2 papers or articles (including academic journal papers or conference presentations) in relevant fields within the employment period.
3.Participate in English curriculum development and teaching reform, assist in textbook compilation, guide students in professional competitions, and contribute to cultural exchange and promotion activities both on and beyond campus.
4.Undertake other tasks assigned by the school related to discipline development and talent cultivation.
三、應(yīng)聘條件：
1.英語(yǔ)本族語(yǔ)人士；
2.具備英語(yǔ)語(yǔ)言學(xué)、英語(yǔ)文學(xué)、教育學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士或以上學(xué)位；
3.擁有至少2年全職英語(yǔ)教學(xué)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.具有中國(guó)高校英語(yǔ)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
Qualifications:
1.Native English speaker.
2.Hold a master's degree or above in English linguistics, literature, education, or a related field.
3.With at least 2 years of full-time English teaching experience.
4.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching English at Chinese universities.
