01工作和生活待遇Work and Benefits
浙江大學為“求是博士后”入選者提供良好的工作條件和舒心的生活環(huán)境,支持青年人才融入團隊開展研究。
1. 薪酬待遇:校發(fā)年薪30萬元,資助期限2-3年。合作導師根據(jù)學校規(guī)定和申請人的綜合情況給予額外資助。學校繳納事業(yè)養(yǎng)老、醫(yī)療等社會保險,繳存職業(yè)年金和住房公積金。

1. Compensation and Benefits
ZJU offers competitive remuneration packages co-sponsored by the university and the supervising faculty member. The remuneration package includes an annual pre-tax salary of 300,000 RMB from ZJU, plus additional allowances from the collaborating supervisor in accordance with ZJU regulations and the applicant’s qualifications. Comprehensive local social welfare benefits are provided.

Qiushi Junior Fellows are eligible to rent on-campus apartments, fully equipped with essential amenities.

1. 職稱評審:入校后確定為助理研究員,進站工作滿2年可申請評定副研究員資格。

1. 認同浙江大學求是精神和價值觀,有志于從事科研事業(yè);具有良好的國際視野,跨文化溝通和團隊協(xié)作能力;

3. 即將獲得博士學位,或獲得博士學位時間不超過三年;
4. 已取得較好學術價值或應用潛力的原創(chuàng)性研究成果;
5. 進校后須全職在浙江大學工作。

04評選流程Evaluation Process
申請人提交申請,院系(單位)根據(jù)申請人的教育與研究經(jīng)歷、學術能力、研究計劃水平、學科和團隊建設發(fā)展需要、推薦人評價等方面進行評選推薦,學校組織專家進行評審。
The relevant department/school conducts initial selection and recommendation based on the applicant’s academic background, research experience, academic competence, and research achievements.
The university organizes expert review.

2. 兩封專家推薦信(其中一封須為博士導師)。推薦信須由推薦人直接發(fā)送至申報院系(單位)郵箱;
3. 代表申請人最高學術水平的科研成果(不超過6項),其中:論文提供全文(未發(fā)表的額外提供論文接收證明),專著提供封面、目錄和摘要,專利或獎勵提供證書,須整合為單一PDF文檔。
