Our laboratory is committed to elucidating the holistic molecular and structural details of organisms that governing physiological and pathological changes by developing integrated 2D/3D spatial multi-omics technologies, which combining novel probe design, whole-organ tissue transparency, advanced imaging systems (e.g. light sheet fluorescence microscopy, imaging cyclic staining microscopy), and deep-learning-based data analysis for a wide range of biomedical studies including neuroscience, cancer, and quantitative medicine. For the current projects, we are seeking two Postdocs (1 Wetlab and 1 AI), one Research Assistant and Interns to advance methods for 2D/3D spatial multi-omics technologies using tissue clearing and deep learning-based 3D data analysis.

Wetlab Requirements:

? Deep knowledge in neuroscience/cancer and molecular/biological techniques, such as IHC, IF, FISH;

? Experience with tissue clearing methods or chemistry characterization is a plus;

? Familiarity with light sheet/slidescanner/confocal is an advantage;

AI Requirements:

? Strong proficiency in programming environments such as Python or R, and in data visualization approaches;

? Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) is an advantage;

? Familiarity with bioinformatics, large-scale data analysis, or high-performance computing is a plus;

Language requirements:

Chinese, proficient in English is a plus
