蘭州大學(xué)微生物制藥課題組主要從事藥物靶向遞送理論與應(yīng)用相關(guān)研究,擬招聘青年研究員、博士后,熱烈歡迎青年才俊加入。

一、招聘學(xué)科和研究方向

獲得生物學(xué)、臨床醫(yī)學(xué)、藥學(xué)、中醫(yī)學(xué)、中藥學(xué)、化學(xué)、納米材料等方向的博士學(xué)位,攻讀學(xué)位期間的研究方向與新藥研發(fā)、疾病治療與診斷、基因編輯,分子克隆、細(xì)胞治療、蛋白質(zhì)分離純化領(lǐng)域相關(guān),并掌握結(jié)構(gòu)生物學(xué)技術(shù)、生物信息學(xué)技術(shù)、分子相互作用技術(shù)、藥物遞送技術(shù)以及其它各種先進(jìn)生物技術(shù)、藥學(xué)技術(shù)、醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)和化學(xué)技術(shù)。

二、招聘條件

1.具有良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度,身心健康,年齡35周歲以下;

2.具有較強(qiáng)的科研創(chuàng)新能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神,能按要求完成課題組的工作安排。

三、青年研究員薪酬待遇和招聘人數(shù)

1.招聘基本條件:年齡不超過35周歲;在國內(nèi)外知名高校或科研機(jī)構(gòu)獲得博士學(xué)位或進(jìn)行博士后研究工作;從事過博士后研究工作或有連續(xù)一年及以上海外留學(xué)或合作研究經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先;能夠把握本學(xué)科的發(fā)展前沿并已取得一定的學(xué)術(shù)成就,有學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人的潛力。

2.薪酬待遇:提供稅前36萬元人民幣年薪(含租房補(bǔ)貼4萬元人民幣);提供50-150萬元人民幣科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)支持;可申請租住校內(nèi)周轉(zhuǎn)公寓;安排子女入學(xué)、入園。五年聘期考核合格的,可按程序聘為四級教授、博士生導(dǎo)師,轉(zhuǎn)入事業(yè)編制,并提供住房補(bǔ)貼安家費(fèi)。

3.招聘人數(shù)不限。

四、博士后薪酬待遇和招聘人數(shù)

1.普通博士后招聘基本條件:年齡不超過35周歲;具有博士研究生學(xué)歷,獲得博士學(xué)位3年以內(nèi),具有突出的創(chuàng)新能力,良好的科研合作精神,較大的發(fā)展?jié)摿ΑF胀ú┦亢蠛嫌?jì)薪酬不低于每年18-36萬元人民幣;入選國家資助博士后人員研究計(jì)劃(A檔、B檔、C檔)者,在上述薪酬基礎(chǔ)上,疊加全額發(fā)放資助經(jīng)費(fèi)。

2.若普通博士后符合設(shè)站單位制定的“萃英博士后”的學(xué)術(shù)準(zhǔn)入標(biāo)準(zhǔn);或入選國家“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃”“博士后國際交流計(jì)劃”等人才支持計(jì)劃,可直接選聘為“萃英博士后”?!拜陀⒉┦亢蟆碧峁┟磕?0-40萬元人民幣薪酬,入選國家“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃”等的“萃英博士后”,薪酬累計(jì)可達(dá)每年47-60萬元人民幣;

3.為各類博士后提供周轉(zhuǎn)公寓、醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)及體檢服務(wù);安排子女入學(xué)、入園。在站期間,可申請獲得職稱任職資格。出站考核合格的,可按人才引進(jìn)條件和程序申請事業(yè)編制崗位,并享受相應(yīng)住房補(bǔ)貼、安家費(fèi)、科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi)等引進(jìn)人才待遇。

Young Researchers and Postdoctoral Fellows (Rolling Recruitment)

Microbial Biopharmaceuticals Research Group, Lanzhou University (China)

The Microbial Biopharmaceuticals Research GroupatLanzhou Universityconducts research on the theory and applications oftargeted drug delivery, spanning fundamental mechanisms and translational development. We invite applications forYoung Researchers(early-career faculty track) andPostdoctoral Fellowson a rolling basis.

Research Areas

We welcome applicants working in (but not limited to): targeted drug delivery, structural biology, molecular interactions, bioinformatics, and related translational research.

Required Qualifications

Applicants should hold aPhDinBiology, Clinical Medicine, Pharmacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Chinese Materia Medica, Chemistry, Nanomaterials, or related disciplines. During PhD training, applicants should have hands-on research experience in areas such asdrug discovery and development,disease diagnosis and therapy,gene editing,molecular cloning,cell therapy, and/orprotein separation and purification, and be proficient in advanced methods includingstructural biology,bioinformatics,molecular interaction techniques, anddrug delivery technologies.

Position 1: Young Researcher (Early-Career Faculty Track)

Basic requirements

Aged 35 or below; PhD from a well-recognized university or research institute in China or abroad, and/or postdoctoral research experience. Candidates with postdoctoral experience orat least one year of continuous overseas study or research collaborationare preferred. Applicants should be able to keep up with frontier advances in the discipline, have demonstrated academic accomplishments, and show potential to develop into an academic leader.

Compensation and support

Annual pre-tax salary:RMB 360,000(includingRMB 40,000housing allowance)

Start-up research funding:RMB 500,000–1,500,000

Transitional housing (subject to university policies and availability)

Support for children’s school/kindergarten enrollment (subject to policy/availability)

Following a successfulfive-year appointment evaluation, the appointee may, subject to university policies and procedures, be promoted to a faculty position withPhD supervision eligibility(internal rank: “Level-4 Professor”), transferred into a formal institutional position, and provided with additional benefits such as housing subsidies and settling-in allowances.

Position 2: Postdoctoral Fellow

Regular postdoctoral fellows

Basic requirements: aged 35 or below; PhD obtained within the past 3 years; outstanding innovation potential; strong collaborative spirit and development potential. Total annual compensation typically ranges fromRMB 180,000 to 360,000. For those selected for theNational Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents (Tier A/B/C), the funded amount will be provided in addition to the above compensation and paid in full.

Cuiying Postdoctoral Fellow (competitive university track)

Regular postdoctoral fellows who meet the host unit’s academic criteria for the“Cuiying Postdoctoral Fellow”program, or who are selected for national talent-support programs such as thePostdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Programor thePostdoctoral International Exchange Program, may be directly appointed as Cuiying Postdoctoral Fellows. The Cuiying track providesRMB 300,000–400,000per year; with eligible national program support, total annual compensation can reachRMB 470,000–600,000.

Benefits and career development

All categories of postdoctoral fellows receive transitional housing, medical insurance and health check-ups, and support for children’s school/kindergarten enrollment (subject to policy/availability). During the postdoctoral period, fellows may apply for professional title qualifications. After a successful completion assessment, fellows may apply (subject to talent-introduction criteria and procedures) for formal institutional positions and enjoy corresponding benefits, including housing subsidies, settling-in allowances, start-up research funding, and other talent-introduction packages.
