梅林實(shí)驗(yàn)室關(guān)注突觸形成、傳遞和可塑性的機(jī)制，研究中樞神經(jīng)疾病（包括精神分裂癥、自閉癥、抑郁癥）和外周神經(jīng)疾?。顾鑲?cè)索硬化、重癥肌無力）的病理機(jī)制。研究手段包括生化、電生理（包括光遺傳）、動(dòng)物模型（包括突變、轉(zhuǎn)基因、化學(xué)遺傳）和自由活動(dòng)小鼠腦成像和多電極記錄。詳見https://meilab.org。

博士后

1.主要職責(zé)：

（1）獨(dú)立開展和參與實(shí)驗(yàn)室課題研究工作；

（2）協(xié)助PI指導(dǎo)研究生。

2.任職要求：

（1）已獲得或即將獲得博士學(xué)位，具有神經(jīng)生物學(xué)、生命科學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、遺傳學(xué)、電生理或行為分析等方面的學(xué)習(xí)和研究背景；

（2）具有高漲的科研熱情、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目蒲袘B(tài)度、良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神；

（3）具備良好的英語讀寫和日常交流能力，能夠使用英文撰寫論文。

Chinese Institutes for Medical Research (CIMR), Beijing is a research organization dedicated to advancing basic and translational medical research. We are interested in mechanisms underlying synapse formation, transmission, and plasticity, with a focus on the pathophysiology of central nervous system disorders, including schizophrenia, autism, and depression, as well as peripheral nervous system diseases such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and myasthenia gravis. The lab employs a multidisciplinary approach encompassing biochemical assays, electrophysiology (including optogenetics), animal models (mutant, transgenic, and chemogenetics), and in vivo brain imaging and multielectrode recordings in freely behaving mice. Postdoctoral Researcher

Main Responsibilities

a.Independently conduct and participate in research projects.

b.Assist the PI in supervising graduate students.

Qualifications

a.A recent Ph.D. in neurobiology, life sciences, biochemistry, molecular biology, genetics, electrophysiology and behavioral analysis or related fields.

b.Have scientific research enthusiasm, rigorous scientific research attitude, good communication skills and teamwork spirit；

c.Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively and prepare manuscripts.
