二、招聘要求和條件Requirements and Conditions
1. 遵守《外國人在中國就業(yè)管理規(guī)定》《中華人民共和國境內(nèi)外國人宗教活動(dòng)管理規(guī)定》等法律、法規(guī)和學(xué)校的規(guī)章制度，尊重中國文化習(xí)俗。
Abide by the laws, regulations and the university’s rules and systems, including the Regulations on the Administration of Employment of Foreigners in China and the Regulations on the Administration of Religious Activities of Foreigners within the Territory of the People’s Republic of China; respect Chinese cultural customs and traditions.
2. 具備取得來華工作許可和工作類居留證件的基本條件。
Possess the basic conditions for acquiring the Work Permit and the work - type residence permit in China.
3. 年齡原則上不超過60周歲，高端人才可適當(dāng)放寬，身心健康。
In general, applicants must be under 60 years of age, with flexible age requirements for high-end talents. Sound physical and mental health is a prerequisite.
4. 無任何涉及國內(nèi)外刑事案件的記錄。
Applicants shall not have any prior record of being involved in criminal offenses, either within China or abroad.
5. 從事其母語國母語教學(xué)，并取得碩士及以上學(xué)位且具有2年及以上語言教育工作經(jīng)歷。其中，取得教育類、語言類或師范類學(xué)士及以上學(xué)位的，或取得所在國教師資格證書或取得符合要求的國際語言教學(xué)證書的（如英語：TESOL/TEFL證書），可免除工作經(jīng)歷要求。
Applicants for teaching foreign language should be native speakers with a master’s degree or higher degree, and possess at least two years of relevant teaching experience. The requirement for working experience could be waived for those who meet one of the following criteria: having a bachelor’s degree or higher degree in education, language studies, or normal education; or holding a teaching qualification certificate from the host country; or having obtained an internationally recognized teaching certificate (e.g. English teaching certificate: TESOL/TEFL) .
三、工作量及薪資待遇 Workload and salary
1. 教學(xué)時(shí)間：每周14課時(shí)，超過規(guī)定課時(shí)發(fā)放超課時(shí)津貼。
Workload: 14 classes per week. Additional teaching hours beyond the stipulated requirement will be compensated separately.
2. 薪資：外教的待遇包括每月月薪、國際機(jī)票補(bǔ)貼。工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)具體按照外教專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)或?qū)W歷而分類確定。
Salary package: The remuneration of foreign teachers includes a monthly salary and international flight allowance. The salary standards are specifically determined based on the foreign teacher’s professional ranks and titles, or academic qualifications.
3. 住宿：學(xué)校免費(fèi)提供公寓，配有基本家具和電器。水電等費(fèi)用自理。
Accommodation: Free apartment with basic furniture and household appliances. Expenses such as water and electricity shall be borne by the individual.
4. 保險(xiǎn)：學(xué)校將按規(guī)定為外籍教師購買社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)和商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)。
Insurance: Foreign teachers are provided with social insurance and commercial insurance in accordance with law.
5. 假期：外籍教師有權(quán)享有學(xué)校規(guī)定的中國公共假期和寒暑假。
Holidays: Statutory public holidays in China and the summer/winter vacations as stipulated by the university.
