何文輝實(shí)驗(yàn)室將充分利用和持續(xù)優(yōu)化基于B細(xì)胞生發(fā)中心的蛋白體內(nèi)進(jìn)化平臺(tái)，開(kāi)發(fā)一系列同類最優(yōu)或最新的蛋白大分子，以及基于此類分子的脂質(zhì)體納米顆粒和溶瘤病毒等治療產(chǎn)品。

主要研究課題

1.運(yùn)用蛋白進(jìn)化和精準(zhǔn)遞呈策略研發(fā)新型病毒疫苗，特別是預(yù)防和治療艾滋病病毒感染的新型疫苗；

2.研發(fā)抗體導(dǎo)向的新型溶瘤病毒；

3.研發(fā)靶向膜蛋白或者多肽-主要組織相容性復(fù)合物(peptide-MHCcomplex)的蛋白治療產(chǎn)品及其衍生品。

5.具備獨(dú)立開(kāi)展科研工作、指導(dǎo)研究生的能力，科學(xué)態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)；

6.熟悉基本辦公軟件和生物相關(guān)專業(yè)軟件的使用；

7.具備流利的英語(yǔ)讀寫和日常交流能力，能夠使用英文撰寫論文。

The He laboratory at CIMR will fully utilize and continuously optimize the protein in vivo evolution platform based on the B cell germinal center to develop a series of best-in-class or first-in-class protein biologics, as well as their derived therapeutic products such as liposome nanoparticles and oncolytic viruses.

a. Developing vaccines for the prevention and treatment of HIV-1 infection, as well as vaccines against other viruses.

b. Developing novel oncolysis viruses redirected by antibodies.

c. Developing therapeutic protein products targeting membrane proteins or peptides presented by tissue compatibility complexes, and their derived therapeutic strategies.

A.Postdoctoral Associate

Main Responsibilities:

a. Conducting or participating in laboratory research projects independently

b. Aiding and cooperating with graduate students and other lab members

Qualifications:

a.Have a strong background in biology, oncology, virology, or immunology, either about to obtain or already holding a doctoral degree.

b.Published or about to publish research papers as the first author in reputable journals in the field.

c.Have research experience in molecular biology, cell biology, mouse studies, immunology, or virology.

d.Proficient in flow cytometry and sorting, sequence analysis, mouse hybridoma, phage display, or yeast display will be preferred.

e.Capable of independently conducting scientific research, be willing and good at aiding and cooperating with graduate students and research associates, with a rigorous scientific attitude.

f.Proficient in basic office software and specialized biology-related software.

g.Proficient in reading, writing, and daily communication in English, capable of writing English manuscripts.

B.Research Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

a.Participate in laboratory research projects.

b.Participate in data organization and analysis for research projects.
