01、海外優(yōu)青項(xiàng)目介紹
國家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓勵在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者（含非華裔外籍人才）回國（來華）工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。為進(jìn)一步完善科學(xué)基金人才資助體系，充分發(fā)揮科學(xué)基金引進(jìn)和培養(yǎng)人才的功能，吸引更多海外優(yōu)秀青年人才回國（來華）工作，天津大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)部現(xiàn)啟動2026年優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）申報工作。
The NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) aims to attract and encourage outstanding young scholars from abroad (including non-Chinese foreign talents) who have achieved notable accomplishments in natural sciences, engineering, and technology to return to or come to China for work.The program supports scholars in independently selecting research directions to conduct innovative studies, fostering the rapid development of young scientific and technological talents, and cultivating a group of exceptional academic leaders poised to advance global scientific frontiers, thereby contributing to building a strong nation in science and technology.To further enhance the talent funding system of the Science Fund, fully leverage its role in attracting and nurturing talent, and encourage more outstanding young scholars from overseas to return to or come to China, College of Management and Economics at Tianjin University is now launching the application process for the 2026 Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas).
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件：
（1）遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時代科學(xué)家精神；
（2）出生日期在1986年1月1日（含）以后；
（3）具有博士學(xué)位；
（4）研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
（5）在取得博士學(xué)位后至2026年4月15日前，一般應(yīng)在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等獲得正式教學(xué)或者科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個月以上工作經(jīng)歷；在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績特別突出的，可適當(dāng)放寬工作年限要求（不適用于通過中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式取得海外博士學(xué)位的情況）。在海外工作期間，同時擁有境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的申請人，其境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計(jì)入海外工作年限；
（6）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
（7）申請人尚未全職回國（來華）工作，或者2025年1月1日以后回國（來華）工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國（來華）工作不少于3年。
Applicants for the NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) must meet the following conditions:
1.Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, demonstrate good scientific ethics, and actively embody the spirit of scientists in the new era.
2.Born on or after January 1, 1986.
3.Hold a doctoral degree.
4.Focus primarily on research in natural sciences, engineering, or technology.
5.Between obtaining a doctoral degree and April 15, 2026, generally have held a formal teaching or research position at a renowned overseas university, research institution, or corporate R&D organization, with at least 36 consecutive months of work experience.For those with a doctoral degree obtained overseas and exceptionally outstanding achievements, the work experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed (not applicable to those who obtained an overseas doctoral degree through joint Chinese-foreign training programs).Work periods at paid positions in China during overseas employment will not count toward the overseas work experience requirement.
6.Have achieved research or technological accomplishments recognized by peer experts and demonstrate potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in the relevant field.
7.Have not yet returned to (or come to) China for full-time work, or have returned to (or come to) China for work after January 1, 2025.Upon receiving funding, applicants must resign from overseas positions and work full-time in China for at least 3 years.

1.High Starting Point with Fast-Track Opportunities: Offer a permanent professor position with the title of Elite Professor and direct access to a fast-track process for doctoral supervisor qualification.For candidates who participate in the oral defense evaluation for the NSFC Science Fund Program for Distinguished Young Scholars (Overseas) but do not pass, the university provides a fast-track entry to the “Beiyang Scholars Talent Program” with a permanent position.Successful candidates of the Overseas Program will receive supplementary benefits as per the recruitment package.
