二、崗位描述：
清華大學(xué)生物醫(yī)學(xué)交叉研究院，目前正在尋找多位優(yōu)秀的首席研究員和研究員進行生命科學(xué)的前沿研究。旨在幫助優(yōu)秀的年輕科學(xué)家在職業(yè)生涯的早期階段進行獨立研究。TIMBR的精神是讓科學(xué)家擁有最大的自由和專注，進行高度創(chuàng)造性的研究，并根據(jù)自己的意愿做出突破性的發(fā)現(xiàn),同時培養(yǎng)和指導(dǎo)研究生;
TIMBR, an HHMI-style biomedical research institute funded by Chinese government, is seeking multiple outstanding Principal Investigators (PI) and Fellows to conduct cutting-edge research in life sciences.The newly established NIBS Fellow program is to empower exceptional young scientists on a fast-track to conduct independent research at the early stage of their career.The spirit of NIBS is to allow scientists maximal freedom and focus to conduct highly creative research and make breakthrough discoveries at his/her own will.
三、資格條件：
1.身心健康、師德師風(fēng)良好、有良好的職業(yè)道德；
2.具有博士學(xué)位，并在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域取得過高水平的研究成果，或者展示出良好的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
3.研究方向明確，且具有理論先進性與現(xiàn)實影響力；
4.能夠獨立從事高水平原創(chuàng)性的科學(xué)研究，獨立指導(dǎo)研究生，并能夠承擔(dān)研究生的授課任務(wù);
1.Physically and psychologically healthy, good professional ethics, commitment to effective teaching, productive scholarly research, quality professional service in the fields of healthcare management.
2.PhD degree, having obtained high-level research achievements in relevant areas, or showing good potential of development.
3.Clear research direction in compliance with the school's disciplinary planning.The research achievements are expected to have advanced theoretical value and realistic influence.
4.Proved records of teaching excellence and publication in quality peer-reviewed Journals in relevant fields.
