優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(海外)旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者(含非華裔外籍人才)回國(來華)工作,自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究,促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才快速成長,培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干,為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。

遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī),具有良好的科學(xué)道德,自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神;
出生日期在
具有博士學(xué)位;
研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等;

II. Project Introduction and Application Eligibility
(I) Project Introduction
The Excellent Young Scientists Fund
(Overseas) is designed to attract and encourage outstanding young overseas
scholars (including non-ethnic Chinese foreign talents) who have achieved
remarkable results in natural science, engineering technology and other fields
to work in
(II) Application Eligibility
1. Abide by the laws and regulations of the
People's Republic of
2. Born on or after January 1, 1986.
3. Hold a doctoral degree.
4. Main research directions cover natural science, engineering technology and other related fields.
5. After obtaining the doctoral degree and
by April 15, 2026, the applicant shall have obtained a formal teaching or
research position in overseas universities, research institutions or enterprise
R&D institutions with at least 36 consecutive months of working experience.
For those who obtained doctoral degrees overseas with exceptionally outstanding
achievements, the working experience requirement may be appropriately relaxed
(not applicable to those who obtained overseas doctoral degrees through
Sino-foreign joint training). For applicants who hold paid positions in

1. NSFC Funding
RMB 1-3 million for a 3-year period.
2. Remuneration Package
Competitive salary will be provided, and the hospital will fully assist applicants in applying for national, provincial and municipal talent programs to obtain superimposed support.
3. Research Matching Fund: Special research matching fund will be offered, with the maximum amount up to RMB 12 million.
4. Position and Enrollment
Direct appointment as Professor and PhD Supervisor, with priority guarantee for postgraduate enrollment quotas.
