?A doctoral degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
?A minimum of five years of relevant experience in academia, industry, or a combination of both.
?A proven record of teaching in higher education environment, with experience delivering courses in English.
?A record of publications in peer-reviewed journals, whether academic or practice- oriented.
?knowledgeable of AACSB and EQUIS accreditation standards and processes.
?Demonstrated successful experience in higher education, with a background in both international (outside of China) and domestic (China) Contexts.
?Demonstrated faculty management experience and strong leadership capabilities.
?Excellent problem-solving, organizational and time management skills.
?Solid project management knowledge, with experience in program management and development.
?An established academic network in China and capability in developing joint programs with Chinese partners.
?Exceptional written, verbal and intercultural communications skills.
?Full professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
?International work experience, both within China and abroad, is a strong advantage.
?Open to mobility and willing to relocate for business needs
?Ensure the 100% timely recruitment of qualified adjunct faculty to support the successful delivery of all academic programs at Suzhou campus.
?Work in collaboration with relevant Course leaders and Program Directors to ensure curriculum design and development align with established learning objectives.
?Manage adjunct professors at SKEMA Suzhou, conduct regular teaching evaluations, and ensure the effective implementation of academic policies.
?Address student feedback regarding learning experiences and provide timely responses to academic inquiries.
?Maintain high levels of student satisfaction in all academic related areas.
?Work with Academic Dean in developing and strengthening academic relationships with local and national higher education authorities and local governments.
?Work with Academic Dean in fostering and expanding partnerships and program collaborations with Chinese academic institutions, including existing and potential partners, as well as exchange programs.
?Oversee the execution of academic activities at SKEMA Suzhou campus.
?Manage and monitor the budget and expenditures for all programs in Suzhou.
?Work in collaboration with Campus Development team to enhance SKEMA’s visibility, reputation and recognition in China.
?Fulfill an annual teaching obligation of 30 hours.
