一、申請(qǐng)條件Application conditions
優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目（海外）的申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)具備以下條件
Applicants for the Excellent Young Scientists Fund Project (Overseas), NSFC shall meet the following eligibility criteria
（1）遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神；
（2）出生日期在
（3）具有博士學(xué)位；
（4）研究方向主要為自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等；
（5）在取得博士學(xué)位后至
（6）取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Γ?/span>
（7）申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)（來(lái)華）工作，或者
(1) Comply with the
laws and regulations of the People's Republic of
(2) Be born on or after January 1, 1986.
(3) Hold a PhD degree.
(4) The research directions mainly focus on natural sciences, engineering technology, and so on.
(5) After obtaining a PhD degree, applicants must have held formal teaching or research positions at overseas universities, research institutions, or corporate R&D facilities for at least 36 consecutive months before April 15, 2026. Exceptions to the work experience requirement may be granted for applicants who obtained their PhD degree overseas and have demonstrated exceptional academic performance.
(6) Demonstrate scientific or technical achievements acknowledged by peer experts, with the potential to become an academic leader or a distinguished talent in relevant fields.

執(zhí)行國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的要求。同層次國(guó)家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。

The requirements for the coordinated connection of national science and technology talent programs shall be implemented. Only one national science and technology talent program at the same level can be undertaken, and applications for programs at a lower level are not allowed.

Donghai Laboratory has launched a special channels for outstanding young talents, who will enjoy competitive welfare and treatment policies. Those selected into national or provincial talent programs will receive additional relevant subsidies and rewards. For outstanding young doctors who have not yet applied for or been selected into such programs, a recruitment and employment channel will be opened according to their personal wishes, with corresponding salary and treatment provided.

1.個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷，應(yīng)包含：個(gè)人基本信息、聯(lián)系方式、學(xué)習(xí)和工作經(jīng)歷、主要學(xué)術(shù)成果（論文、項(xiàng)目、專利、獲獎(jiǎng)情況等）；
2.代表性成果說(shuō)明（圖文結(jié)合）。個(gè)人代表性成果2-3項(xiàng)，需簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明以下三點(diǎn)：
（1）介紹成果背景或所碰到的關(guān)鍵性問(wèn)題；
（2）取得成果所采用的技術(shù)方法及橫向比對(duì)同行業(yè)的先進(jìn)性水平；
（3）代表性成果所取得的成效。
