范昊實(shí)驗(yàn)室隸屬于首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心(CIMR)分子與細(xì)胞治療研究所。實(shí)驗(yàn)室負(fù)責(zé)人范昊教授本科畢業(yè)于中國(guó)科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué),在荷蘭格羅寧根大學(xué)獲得博士學(xué)位,并在加州大學(xué)舊金山分校(UCSF)完成博士后訓(xùn)練。在加入CIMR之前,范昊教授曾任新加坡科技研究局(A*STAR)生物信息學(xué)研究所資深研究員,擁有豐富的跨學(xué)科研究背景。
范昊實(shí)驗(yàn)室致力于通過(guò)“AI+物理驅(qū)動(dòng)”的雙引擎模式推動(dòng)分子治療(Molecular Therapeutics)領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)新。我們整合前沿的計(jì)算技術(shù)與傳統(tǒng)的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法:
計(jì)算驅(qū)動(dòng):利用預(yù)測(cè)性與生成式AI方法加速小分子藥物與功能蛋白的研發(fā)。
精準(zhǔn)驗(yàn)證:結(jié)合基于物理和化學(xué)原理的高精度分子動(dòng)力學(xué)模擬、自由能微擾(FEP)等計(jì)算機(jī)輔助藥物開(kāi)發(fā)手段,實(shí)現(xiàn)理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)的閉環(huán)驗(yàn)證。

一、主要職責(zé)
1.日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理:協(xié)助PI進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)室的日常管理,維護(hù)實(shí)驗(yàn)室環(huán)境的安全與整潔,為科研人員高效開(kāi)展實(shí)驗(yàn)提供支持。
2.財(cái)務(wù)與采購(gòu):負(fù)責(zé)處理實(shí)驗(yàn)室的采購(gòu)訂單、財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)銷、試劑耗材管理及儀器設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)與報(bào)修。
3.內(nèi)外部協(xié)調(diào):作為實(shí)驗(yàn)室的聯(lián)絡(luò)人,與中心各部門(人力資源部、財(cái)務(wù)部、實(shí)驗(yàn)室與資產(chǎn)管理部等)及外部合作伙伴進(jìn)行有效溝通,確保實(shí)驗(yàn)室順暢運(yùn)作。
二、任職要求
1.教育背景:擁有生物學(xué)、生命科學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士或碩士學(xué)位。
2.語(yǔ)言能力:具備優(yōu)秀的中英文溝通能力(口語(yǔ)及書面),能夠適應(yīng)國(guó)際化的科研環(huán)境。
3.個(gè)人素質(zhì):具備良好的職業(yè)道德、高度的責(zé)任心及優(yōu)秀的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
4.優(yōu)先條件:具有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和協(xié)調(diào)能力;具有實(shí)驗(yàn)室管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)或具備基本的實(shí)驗(yàn)室操作技能者優(yōu)先考慮。

The Fan Lab drives innovation in Molecular Therapeutics through a "Dual-Engine" approach:
AI-Driven Discovery: Leveraging Predictive and Generative AI to accelerate the development of small-molecule drugs and functional proteins.
Physics-Based Refinement: Utilizing high-precision computational chemistry and drug design (e.g., Free Energy Perturbation/FEP, Molecular Dynamics) to provide physical grounding and accurate validation.

Laboratory Manager
Main Responsibilities
a. Daily Operations Management: Assist the PI in the overall daily management of the laboratory, maintain a safe and orderly lab environment, and provide support to facilitate efficient research activities.
b. Finance and Procurement: Manage laboratory procurement orders, process financial reimbursements, handle reagent and consumable inventory, and coordinate routine maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment.
c. Internal and External Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison for the lab, effectively communicating with various departments (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Lab and Asset Management) and external partners to ensure smooth laboratory operations.
Qualifications
a. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field.
b. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English (spoken and written), with the ability to thrive in an international research environment.
c. Personal Attributes: Strong professional ethics, high sense of responsibility, and excellent teamwork spirit.
d. Preferred Qualifications: Strong learning ability and coordination skills. Prior experience in laboratory management or basic laboratory operational skills are highly desirable.
