The Faculty of Computer Science and
Technology at Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) was
established through the reorganization and integration of
學部擁有計算機科學與技術、網(wǎng)絡空間安全2個一級學科博士點,計算機科學與技術學科在2025年度“軟科中國最好學科”中排名25位,進入全國前9%,居山東高校首位;學部擁有外籍院士2人,國家級人才8人,省部級人才30人,省教學名師2人,省優(yōu)秀研究生指導教師5人。學部建有國家超級計算濟南中心、算力互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與信息安全教育部重點實驗室、山東省基礎科學研究中心(計算機科學)、山東省算力互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與服務計算重點實驗室等國家級和省部級重點平臺20余個;近年來承擔各類國家級、省部級科研項目300余項,年均科研經(jīng)費穩(wěn)定在1.5億元以上;榮獲國家級、省部級科學技術獎勵一等獎8項、二等獎16項;高等教育省級教學成果獎特等獎1項,一等獎2項,二等獎3項。

For candidates who are selected for the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas) Program and sign a full-time employment contract with the university/school, the Faculty will provide the following support:
1.Appoint the candidate as a Disciplinary Elite Talent, confer the senior professional and technical title, and designate the candidate as a doctoral and master supervisor;
2.Provide a competitive salary package in the industry, plus uncapped performance bonuses, as well as a generous housing subsidy;
3. Allocate sufficient research funding, assign research assistants, and offer full support for team building;
4. Assist in resolving employment issues for the candidate’s spouse and school enrollment for their children;
5. For candidates who enter the NSFC peer review stage but are not selected, the Faculty will actively recommend them to apply for the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation Excellent Young Scientists Fund and the Taishan Scholars Young Expert Program. Those who are selected will be awarded the title of Disciplinary Backbone Talent and enjoy the corresponding research support and living benefits.
