CDUTCM-KEELE Joint Health and Medical Sciences Institute is a Sino-British collaborative education institution established with the approval of China's Ministry of Education. The institute is jointly created by Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (CDUTCM) and Keele University, and it is not an independent legal entity. The campus is located at the CDUTCM Wenjiang Campus in Chengdu.

CDUTCM-KEELE Joint Health and Medical Sciences Institute is an important institution that actively responds to the "Healthy China 2030 Development Strategy" and promotes international exchanges and cooperation. It is an important base for strengthening the construction of disciplines and promoting medical research and applications in health and rehabilitation. CDUTCM-KEELE Joint Health and Medical Sciences Institute relies on the national and provincial key medical laboratories of CDUTCM and offers two majors: Rehabilitation Therapy and Health Services and Management. Based on the strong academic strength and characteristic talent cultivation model of CDUTCM and the global advantages of medical and health disciplines of Keele University, this institute adheres to the educational philosophy of "integration of Chinese and Western cultures, and combining ancient and modern knowledge". It aims to train international high-quality compound talents who possess medical and humanistic spirit, professional dedication, solid knowledge in health and rehabilitation, and the ability to work in various medical institutions, professional rehabilitation institutions, health preservation and elderly care institutions in areas such as rehabilitation treatment services, education, scientific research, and management.

成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)基爾健康醫(yī)學(xué)院由教育部批準(zhǔn)設(shè)立，學(xué)院為中國成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)與英國基爾大學(xué)（Keele University,UK）共同創(chuàng)建的非獨(dú)立法人中外合作辦學(xué)機(jī)構(gòu)，辦學(xué)地點(diǎn)位于成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)溫江校區(qū)。

基爾健康醫(yī)學(xué)院是成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)積極響應(yīng)“健康中國2030發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略”，不斷推進(jìn)國際交流與合作的重要機(jī)構(gòu)，是加強(qiáng)專業(yè)建設(shè)，推動(dòng)康復(fù)、康養(yǎng)方向的醫(yī)學(xué)研究及應(yīng)用的重要陣地，是為適應(yīng)我國健康產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展而建立的創(chuàng)新型中外合作學(xué)院。

基爾健康醫(yī)學(xué)院依托成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)的國家級、省級醫(yī)學(xué)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室，開設(shè)“康復(fù)治療學(xué)”“健康服務(wù)與管理”兩個(gè)專業(yè)?；诔啥贾嗅t(yī)藥大學(xué)雄厚的辦學(xué)實(shí)力和特色人才培養(yǎng)模式，結(jié)合基爾大學(xué)醫(yī)療健康學(xué)科在全球范圍內(nèi)的優(yōu)勢，基爾健康醫(yī)學(xué)院秉承“中西匯通、古今交融”的辦學(xué)理念，為國家輸送兼具醫(yī)學(xué)人文精神和敬業(yè)態(tài)度，擁有扎實(shí)健康、康復(fù)相關(guān)醫(yī)學(xué)知識，能夠勝任在各級各類醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)、專業(yè)康復(fù)機(jī)構(gòu)、養(yǎng)生養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)從事康復(fù)治療服務(wù)、教育、科研、管理等工作的國際化高素質(zhì)復(fù)合型人才。

在辦學(xué)模式上，采取“4+0”模式，即四年培養(yǎng)過程全部在成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)進(jìn)行。培養(yǎng)過程中，通過引進(jìn)外方專業(yè)核心課程體系和教學(xué)資源，開展純正英式教學(xué)。學(xué)生修滿規(guī)定學(xué)分，達(dá)到畢業(yè)條件，則獲得成都中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)證、學(xué)士學(xué)位證和英國基爾大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位證。
