The main responsibilities include (1) Training Program Development -Designing, developing, and maintaining training programs for campus systems, including student information systems, learning management platforms, digital resource portals, and administrative tools. -Creating instructional materials such as user guides, video tutorials, FAQs, and interactive e-learning content. -Customizing training modules based on the needs of different user groups, including faculty, administrative staff, and students. -Staying up to date with system updates and new features to continuously enhance training materials. (2) Conducting Training and User Support -Conducting training sessions in various formats, including in-person workshops, webinars, and self-paced online courses. -Facilitating onboarding sessions for new faculty, staff, and students, ensuring they can efficiently navigate campus systems. -Providing hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce learning. -Addressing user inquiries and troubleshoot basic system-related issues to enhance training effectiveness. (3) Assessment and Feedback -Developing evaluation methods to assess user understanding and training effectiveness. -Collecting and analyzing feedback from participants to refine training materials and delivery methods. -Implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance learning outcomes. (4) System Documentation and Knowledge Base Management -Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base, including system manuals, troubleshooting guides, and training resources. -Standardizing documentation across different university platforms to ensure consistency and accessibility. -Assisting in creating and managing a self-service portal for common IT queries and training resources.

Required Education and Experience -Bachelor’s Degree or above in Information Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field. -Experience in IT training, instructional design, or user support. Preferred Experience and Skills -Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms and training development tools such as Adobe Captivate. -Familiarity with campus systems, including student information systems, online collaboration tools, and digital resource platforms. -Basic knowledge of system administration and troubleshooting to provide effective training.
