1. Provide overall leadership for the school's administrative operations, develop overarching objectives and strategic plans for disciplinary advancement, and drive the implementation of reform and development initiatives in alignment with the Double First-Class initiative.

3. A Ph.D. in a discipline related to Management Science, a full professorial rank, distinguished academic achievements, and significant academic influence among peers domestically and internationally.

Demonstrable management experience and a track record of significant achievement within renowned academic institutions related to management science, either in China or abroad. 6. A minimum of five years of relevant work experience and physical fitness necessary to perform the duties of the role. The candidate is responsible for undertaking full-time duties in the position.
