崗位職責(zé)
1. Provide overall leadership for the school's administrative operations, develop overarching objectives and strategic plans for disciplinary advancement, and drive the implementation of reform and development initiatives in alignment with the Double First-Class initiative.
2. Spearhead the reform of educational and teaching practices, strengthen the development of first-class programs, innovate talent cultivation models, and enhance a top-tier talent development system to comprehensively improve the quality of education.
3. Promote the development of a high-caliber faculty team, intensify efforts to attract and nurture leading experts and outstanding young scholars, optimize the faculty structure, and build a internationally competitive faculty team.
4. Strengthen the school's research and innovation capacity, facilitate research in cutting-edge academic fields, foster the development of major research platforms, and lead the organization of national-level key research projects to address critical national strategies and regional socioeconomic needs.
5. Advance international collaboration and exchange, expand high-level global partnerships, and enhance the internationalization of the school.
6. Fulfill other duties as stipulated in the employment contract.

2. A strong sense of commitment, responsibility, and mission, with the ability to devote themselves fully to the school's management. Possess a strong strategic and holistic perspective, professional competence, a sound understanding of the principles of higher education, and familiarity with the development trends of management science and the rules governing teaching and research. Must have the professional knowledge and capabilities required to fulfill the role's responsibilities.
3. A Ph.D. in a discipline related to Management Science, a full professorial rank, distinguished academic achievements, and significant academic influence among peers domestically and internationally.
4. A forward-looking and strategic vision, with the capability to lead the development of a first-class discipline. Demonstrable management experience and a track record of significant achievement within renowned academic institutions related to management science, either in China or abroad. A strong global perspective, familiarity with the operational models of world-class schools of management, excellent foreign language and cross-cultural communication skills, and an established international academic and collaborative network.
5. Demonstrate academic rigor, exemplify ethical integrity, maintain a principled work style, and uphold high standards of professional ethics and personal integrity.
6. A minimum of five years of relevant work experience and physical fitness necessary to perform the duties of the role. The candidate is responsible for undertaking full-time duties in the position.
