●Teach and assess at least 3 courses in the following core subjects:
1. Fundamentals of Business Administration
2. Procurement, Production and Logistics
3. Innovation and Project Management
4. Accounting and Finance
●Develop course materials and curricula aligned with international standards and industry business practices
●Provide academic advising and mentoring to undergraduate students interested in management careers
●Engage in applied research and publish in peer-reviewed journals
●Collaborate with industry partners for consulting projects and practical student training in real-world business scenarios

●Master's degree or above in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or closely related field
●Strong expertise in business management
●Strong foundation in business analysis, process optimization, and organizational management principles Industry experience in business management, operations, consulting, or project leadership strongly preferred
●Ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment
●English is required (B2 or above); German is desirable
