I.Description of the position
根據(jù)醫(yī)院發(fā)展需要面向全球公開招聘藥物臨床試驗機構(gòu)辦公室（以下簡稱GCP辦公室）主任1人
In line with the hospital's development needs, we are now globally recruiting one Director for the Office of Drug Clinical Trials Institution (referred to as GCP Office).
全面負責(zé)GCP辦公室工作
The director will be fully responsible for managing the daily operations of the GCP Office.
2任職條件
II. Requirements and eligibility criteria
（一）年齡不超過50歲，博士學(xué)位、正高級職稱。
（二）具有臨床藥學(xué)或臨床醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專業(yè)背景。
（三）熟悉國家藥物臨床試驗有關(guān)政策法規(guī)和行業(yè)要求，在相關(guān)領(lǐng)域工作五年以上，具有GCP機構(gòu)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
（四）身心健康，德才兼?zhèn)?；具有高度的?zé)任感，強烈的事業(yè)心和開拓創(chuàng)新意識；具備良好的溝通能力、團隊協(xié)作精神和管理協(xié)調(diào)能力。
1. Not exceeding 50 years old, with a PhD or MD degree and a senior professional title.
2. Educational background in the field of clinical pharmacy, pharmacy and clinical medicine etc.
3. Familiar with national policies and regulations on the field of drug clinical trials, preferably candidate with over five years working experience in the field, especially in the management of GCP office.
4. Physically and mentally healthy, with a combination of integrity and talent, responsibility and innovation. Good communication skills, team work spirit and management coordination ability are required.
