01課題組簡(jiǎn)介
胡衛(wèi)成，男，博士，教授。擔(dān)任 Journal of Ginseng Research Associate Editor、Frontiers in Immunology Associate Editor、Journal of Immunology Research編委。先后入選“江蘇省科協(xié)人才托舉工程”、“江蘇省‘青藍(lán)工程’優(yōu)秀青年骨干教師”等省級(jí)人才計(jì)劃。主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家科技支撐子課題、國(guó)家星火計(jì)劃、海南省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)、廣西省重點(diǎn)研發(fā)、江蘇省自然科學(xué)基金及企業(yè)委托橫向等項(xiàng)目多項(xiàng)；在國(guó)內(nèi)外本領(lǐng)域雜志發(fā)表研究論文 70 余篇；獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利 8 項(xiàng)、參與制定國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 7 項(xiàng)。課題組與多家臨床機(jī)構(gòu)及多家生物醫(yī)藥企業(yè)建立了緊密的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作關(guān)系，為科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化提供全鏈條支持?，F(xiàn)因工作需要，招聘博士后1-2名。

03 博后待遇及相關(guān)要求
招聘全職博士后 1-2 名，在站2-3年。申請(qǐng)者工資及福利待遇按國(guó)家博士后和揚(yáng)州大學(xué)相關(guān)政策提供具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬和福利，年薪 30-35 萬(wàn)元。實(shí)驗(yàn)室設(shè)備齊全，能夠?yàn)榭蒲腥藛T提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的發(fā)展平臺(tái)和支持。出站時(shí)達(dá)到相應(yīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，可根據(jù)揚(yáng)州大學(xué)相關(guān)文件聘為副教授或講師。申請(qǐng)者需獲得博士學(xué)位，年齡不超過(guò) 35 周歲，需具備免疫學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)或腸道模型研究經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉多組學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)分析者優(yōu)先，近三年內(nèi)以第一作者發(fā)表高質(zhì)量 SCI 論文 2 篇及以上。

Postdoctoral Benefits and Requirements
We are recruiting 1~2 full-time postdoctoral fellows, with an annual salary of 300,000-350,000 RMB, and the employer will provide comprehensive social insurance and welfare benefits. The team will fully support the postdoctoral fellows with an excellent environment for research. Outstanding postdoctoral fellows will qualify for performance-based bonuses under university regulations。
Applicants should hold a Ph.D. degree, be under 35 years old, and have a background in immunology, molecular biology, or intestinal model research. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in multi-omics data analysis. Applicants must have published at least two high-quality SCI-indexed papers as first author within the past three years.
