優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(海外)旨在吸引和鼓勵(lì)在自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)等方面已取得較好成績(jī)的海外優(yōu)秀青年學(xué)者(含非華裔外籍人才)回國(來華)工作，自主選擇研究方向開展創(chuàng)新性研究，促進(jìn)青年科學(xué)技術(shù)人才的快速成長(zhǎng)，培養(yǎng)一批有望進(jìn)入世界科技前沿的優(yōu)秀學(xué)術(shù)骨干，為科技強(qiáng)國建設(shè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
項(xiàng)目資助強(qiáng)度:100-300萬元
資助期限:3年
The Overseas Excellent
Young Scientists Fund (Overseas EYSF) is designed to attract and encourage
outstanding young scholars(including non-Chinese foreign nationals) who have
already achieved notable success in natural sciences, engineering,and other
relevant fields to return to (or come to) China. Recipients may freely choose
their research directions to conduct innovative studies, accelerate their
growth as young scientific talents, and develop into academic leaders capable
of advancing to the forefront of global science and technology. Ultimately, the
program contributes to building

Grant amount: RMB 1-3 million (approx. USD 140,000-420,000)

二、申報(bào)條件
1.遵守中華人民共和國法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)家精神。
2.出生日期在

1. Applicants for the Overseas Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas EYSF) shall meet the following requirements:
(1)Comply with the
laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of
(2)Date of birth on or after 1 January 1985;(3)Hold a doctoral degree.
(4)Primarily engaged in research fields such as natural sciences or engineering technology;
(5)Between the conferral of the doctoral degree and 15 September 2025, the applicant must, in principle, have held a formal teaching or research position for at least 36 consecutive months in a reputable overseas university, research institute, or corporate R&D unit. Applicants who obtained their Ph.D.overseas and have demonstrated exceptional achievements may have the work-experience requirement relaxed; this relaxation does not apply to those who earned their overseas Ph.D. through joint-training programmes.

(6)Have produced research or technological achievements recognized by peer experts, demonstrating potential to become an academic leader or outstanding talent in their field;
(7) At the time of
application, the applicant must not yet have returned or worked full-time in
三、限項(xiàng)要求
1.執(zhí)行國家科技人才計(jì)劃統(tǒng)籌銜接的相關(guān)要求。同層次國家科技人才計(jì)劃只能承擔(dān)一項(xiàng)，不能逆層次申請(qǐng)。
2.對(duì)于已申請(qǐng)2025年度上半年優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(海外)的申請(qǐng)人，因時(shí)間結(jié)點(diǎn)原因?qū)е虏环袭?dāng)時(shí)申請(qǐng)條件、但符合新增批次申請(qǐng)條件的，可申請(qǐng)新增批次項(xiàng)目;其他申請(qǐng)人不得在新增批次重復(fù)提交申請(qǐng)。
3.已申請(qǐng)2025年度其它同層次國家科技人才計(jì)劃的，不得在新增批次申請(qǐng)優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目(海外)。
Application Restrictions
Implementation of the program shall align with national requirements for coordinated management of science and technology talent programs. Applicants may hold only one national talent program at the same level and may not apply downward to lower-tier programs.
Applicants who previously applied for the first-round call for the 2025 Overseas Excellent Young Scientists Fund (Overseas EYSF) but were ineligible due to exceeding the original deadline may apply for this additional round if they now meet the current eligibility criteria.All other applicants are prohibited from duplicate submissions in this additional round.
Anyone who has already applied to any other national science and technology talent scheme at the same level for 2025 is not permitted to apply to this additional round of the Overseas Excellent Young Scientists Fund(Overseas EYSF).
四、支持條件
除國家提供的資助外，項(xiàng)目入選者可享受廣東省及江門市疊加配套科研經(jīng)費(fèi)支持，同時(shí)享受學(xué)校以下政策:

01編制及聘崗 Appointment & Positioning
納入事業(yè)單位編制，并聘為正高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)。
Recruits will be granted a permanent post within the university’s public-institution staffing quota and will be appointed to a full professorship.
02薪酬待遇Remuneration Package
1.學(xué)校提供有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的年薪、購房補(bǔ)貼;
2.每年可享受所在二級(jí)學(xué)院的年終獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)性績(jī)效工資;
3.對(duì)超出聘用合同任務(wù)目標(biāo)之外的突出成果進(jìn)行單列獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。
(1)The university offers a highly competitive annual salary and a generous housing subsidy.
(2)Recruits are eligible to receive the year-end performance bonus distributed by their respective schools/departments.
(3)Outstanding achievements that exceed the goals specified in the employment contract will be rewarded separately through a dedicated bonus scheme.
03科研支持 Research Support
1.學(xué)校提供充足的科研經(jīng)費(fèi)支持;
2.優(yōu)先支持組建創(chuàng)新科研團(tuán)隊(duì)，并配備充足的科研辦公和實(shí)驗(yàn)場(chǎng)地;
3.在招收?qǐng)F(tuán)隊(duì)成員、研究生招生指標(biāo)等方面給予充分支持。
(1)The university provides ample research funding.
(2)Priority is given to establishing an innovative research team, with dedicated office and laboratory space fully allocated.
(3)Full support is offered for recruiting team members and securing graduate-student quotas.
04其他生活支持 Additional Living Support
1.根據(jù)人才需要，協(xié)助解決配偶工作，安排子女入讀江門優(yōu)質(zhì)公辦學(xué)校;
2.辦理廣東省“人才優(yōu)粵卡”和江門市“人才綠卡”，享受廣東省及江門市提供的人才政策;
3.提供最長(zhǎng)6年的過渡性住房;
4.符合條件的人才可享受粵港澳大灣區(qū)個(gè)人所得稅優(yōu)惠政策。
(1)Based on individual needs, the university assists in securing employment for accompanying spouses and arranges enrollment for children in top public schools in Jiangmen.
(2)Assistance in obtaining Guangdong Province’s“Talent Youyue Card” and Jiangmen City’s“Talent Green Card,"granting access to all provincial and municipal talent benefits.
(3)Provision of transitional housing for up to six years.
(4)Eligible talents may enjoy the preferential individual income-tax policies of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

1.依托學(xué)校申報(bào)并進(jìn)入答辯但未入選的人才，經(jīng)學(xué)校人才引進(jìn)程序可按拔尖高層次人才引進(jìn)。
2.依托學(xué)校申報(bào)的優(yōu)秀人才，且符合學(xué)校其他人才類別條件者，學(xué)校優(yōu)先引進(jìn);并優(yōu)先推薦申報(bào)廣東省相關(guān)人才項(xiàng)目。
(1)Applicants who submit through our university, advance to the final interview stage, but are ultimately not funded may still be recruited as top-tier high-level talents under the university’sown talent-introduction procedures.
(2)Outstanding
applicants who apply via our university and also meet the criteria for other
talent categories will be given priority for appointment; the university will
