02Responsibilities
1. Conduct independent research under the guidance of the Principal Investigator (PI) of the research group.
2. Apply for research grants independently or in collaboration with the PI.
3. Assist in mentoring doctoral students and research assistants within the research group.
4. Support laboratory management and operational tasks.
03Qualifications
1. A PhD degree in a relevant field from a leading domestic or international university or research institution (with graduation within the last three years), or expecting to obtain a PhD degree imminently (with the dissertation defense passed).
2. Demonstrated ability to conduct independent scientific research.
3. Strong proficiency in English communication, reading, and writing.
4. Excellent academic ethics and integrity, effective communication skills, team spirit, strong motivation, and a keen interest in scientific research.
5. Publication of high-quality research papers as the first author or corresponding author.

二、崗位職責(zé)（以課題組要求為準）
1. 在課題組負責(zé)人指導(dǎo)下獨立開展科研工作；
2. 獨立或協(xié)助課題組負責(zé)人申請各類科研項目；
3. 協(xié)助指導(dǎo)課題組博士生和科研助理的研究工作；
4. 協(xié)助實驗室管理工作。
三、應(yīng)聘條件（以課題組要求為準）
1. 已獲得國內(nèi)外一流高校或科研院所相關(guān)專業(yè)方向的博士學(xué)位（博士畢業(yè)不超過3年），或已通過答辯即將獲得博士學(xué)位，年齡不超過35周歲（含）；
2. 具備獨立開展科研工作的能力；
3. 具有良好的英文溝通、閱讀和寫作能力；
4. 具備良好的學(xué)術(shù)道德和誠信、溝通能力和團隊合作精神，具有強烈的進取心，對科研有濃厚的興趣；
