上海奉賢區(qū)世外學校坐落于奉賢區(qū)南亭公路畔，占地面積約75畝，是均瑤集團旗下上海世外教育集團打造的又一所九年一貫制標桿學校。作為世外教育“K12階段無縫銜接”戰(zhàn)略的重要布局，學校與青浦世外融合部實施課程共建、師資共享、管理互通，依托集團多年融合教育積淀，構建起獨具特色的育人體系。
Shanghai Fengxian World Foreign Language School, situated along Nanting Road in Fengxian District, covers an area of approximately 75 acres. As a flagship nine-year consistent school established by the Juneyao Group's Shanghai World Foreign Language Education Group, it represents a crucial part of the group's "Seamless K-12 Education" strategy. The school implements curriculum co-development, teacher sharing, and management coordination with the Integrated Division of Shanghai Qingpu World Foreign Language School. Building on the group's extensive experience in integrated education, it has developed a unique educational system.

以青浦世外融合課程為底色，更新迭代為奉賢世外融合課程特有體系，打破學科壁壘，構建跨學科主題式學習模塊和概念驅動的探究學習；
Building upon the foundational integrated curriculum of QWFLS, the program has been innovated and refined into a unique system at FWFLS. It breaks down disciplinary barriers by constructing interdisciplinary thematic learning modules and concept-driven, inquiry-based learning.
高質輕負High Quality, Low Burden

The school has meticulously developed a 50,000-square-meter smart campus, where approximately one-third of the area is dedicated to ecological green space that harmonizes with the natural waterway flowing through the grounds, creating a "Waterside Academy"-style ecological learning environment.
Embracing the educational philosophy that "every setting is a potential lesson," the campus transforms its winding river into a natural exploration zone, its seasonal plants and trees into vehicles for life education, and its architectural spaces into active learning venues.
The "growth-oriented" approach to education is woven throughout the student journey, with early academic planning and a cohesive pathway for further studies. 五、 崗位要求Job Requirements
本科及以上學位，擁有1年以上相關教學經驗；
具備教師資格證書及相應的崗位資格證書，有IB課程教學經驗者優(yōu)先；
具備扎實的專業(yè)知識，熟悉中小學教材及課程標準；
具備良好的學習能力、溝通能力和進取意識；
擁有與時俱進的先進教育教學理念，是一名終身學習者；
對學生有原則、有責任心、愛心、耐心，具備良好的中、英文溝通能力和團隊合作精神；
同時招收若干2026屆畢業(yè)生實習崗位，表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀者可留用。
Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of one year of relevant teaching experience.
Possession of a valid teaching certificate and relevant professional qualifications; prior experience with the IB curriculum is highly preferred.
Solid subject matter expertise, with a strong familiarity with K-12 teaching materials and curriculum standards.
Excellent learning agility, communication skills, and a self-driven mindset.
Advanced educational philosophy that embraces innovation and a commitment to being a lifelong learner.
Demonstrates principles, responsibility, care, and patience toward students. Proficiency in both Chinese and English communication and strong collaborative skills are essential.

六、 崗位職責Job Responsibilities
負責日常教學工作及結合IB課程框架制定合理的教學計劃，完成教學目標；
關注學生發(fā)展，因材施教，注重家校共育；
參與學科教研活動，優(yōu)化教學方案；
完成學?；虿块T安排的其他教育教學相關工作。
Conduct daily teaching activities, develop appropriate lesson plans aligned with the IB curriculum framework, and achieve teaching objectives;
Monitor student development, apply differentiated instruction, and emphasize home-school collaboration;
Participate in subject-related teaching research activities and continuously refine teaching approaches;
Fulfill other teaching-related tasks assigned by the school or department.
