Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Safety Officer to join our team, with primary responsibilities including:

? Laboratory Safety Management: Oversee safety operations across Autonomous Driving and Robotics Laboratory

? Safety Inspection & Risk Assessment: Develop and implement comprehensive laboratory safety inspection plans, promptly identify and eliminate safety hazards

? Equipment Power Management: Ensure safe shutdown of all high-voltage, high-power, and critical equipment after faculty and students leave

? Specialized Laboratory Oversight: Manage and supervise electrical equipment safety in specialized laboratories including autonomous driving, robotics, UWB, and other advanced research facilities

? Safety Protocol Development: Assist in establishing and improving laboratory safety management systems and emergency response procedures

? Training & Education: Regularly organize and conduct laboratory safety education and training programs

? Documentation & Reporting: Record and report safety management activities, assist in handling safety incidents

? Technical Support: Collaborate with technical teams in laboratory equipment installation, commissioning, and safety acceptance

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

? Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Laboratory Management, Safety Engineering, or related fields

? Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with laboratory safety management regulations and standards

? Technical Experience: Experience in electrical equipment safety operations and maintenance; relevant professional certifications (such as electrician license) preferred

? Hands-on Skills: Experience in electronic circuit soldering preferred

? Professional Experience: Previous experience in laboratory safety management or equipment maintenance preferred

? Personal Qualities: Serious and responsible work attitude, strong principles, emergency response capabilities

? Communication Skills: Excellent communication, coordination abilities, and service-oriented mindset
