浙江大學(xué)“一帶一路”國(guó)際醫(yī)學(xué)院是浙江大學(xué)響應(yīng)國(guó)家共建“一帶一路”倡議，面向新時(shí)代世界醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，由浙江大學(xué)與義烏市人民政府合作共建，國(guó)家教育部正式批準(zhǔn)，浙江大學(xué)負(fù)責(zé)辦學(xué)和管理的直屬單位。學(xué)院定位于建設(shè)國(guó)際化、高水平、研究型特色的高等醫(yī)學(xué)教育機(jī)構(gòu)，培育一流的醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)家和健康行業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者、培養(yǎng)具有全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的高水平醫(yī)學(xué)人才。2023年10月，校園正式啟用，現(xiàn)有學(xué)生783人，包括國(guó)內(nèi)研究生(含港澳臺(tái)地區(qū))453人，以及來(lái)自61個(gè)國(guó)家的國(guó)際學(xué)生330人。
The International School of Medicine, Zhejiang University (ISM) is adirectly affiliated academic unit of Zhejiang University in responseto the national "Belt and Road" initiative, in line with global trendsin contemporary medical education and research. It is acollaborative project between Zhejiang University and the YiwuMunicipal People's Government, officially approved by the Ministryof Education, and is managed and operated by Zhejiang University.ISM is positioned as an international, high-level, and research-oriented higher medical education institution, aiming to cultivatetop-tier medical scientists and leaders in the health industry, as well
as to train highly competitive medical professionals with globalperspectives. The campus officially opened in October 2023 and783 students study here, including 453 domestic postgraduatestudents and 330 international students from 61 countries.

The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School ofMedicine(ZJU4H) is a directly affiliated hospital of ZhejiangUniversity and a provincial comprehensive three-A hospital.Located in Yiwu City and opened in October 2014, ZJU4H hasmaintained an Atrating for five consecutive years, making it rankedfirst in the central and western regions of Zhejiang province, withleading medical technology in the region.
折江大學(xué)國(guó)際健康醫(yī)學(xué)研究院聚焦生物醫(yī)學(xué)前沿領(lǐng)域，構(gòu)建醫(yī)療技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、科研成果轉(zhuǎn)化、健康產(chǎn)業(yè)孵化、醫(yī)學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)、科研技術(shù)服務(wù)、公眾科普宣教七大核心功能體系，建有生殖、腫瘤、再生與衰老、代謝、RNA、遺傳、膜受體與腦7個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)中心，實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物中心、公共實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)、生物樣本庫(kù)3個(gè)公共平臺(tái)，打造

The International Institutes of Medicine, Zhejiang University (IIM)focuses on the forefront of biomedical fields, building seven corefunctional systems including medical technology innovation,research translation, health industry incubation, medical talentcultivation, scientific research technology services, and publicscience popularization and education. It has established sevenmedical centers focusing on reproduction, oncology, regenerationand aging,metabolism, RNA science,genetics, membranereceptors, and brain science, as well as three public platformsincluding experimental animal center, public experimental platform,and biological sample library, IIM is building a medical innovationhub and translational medicine highland with internationalinfluence.

3、申請(qǐng)條件APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
1遵守中華人民共和國(guó)法律法規(guī)，具有良好的科學(xué)道德，自覺(jué)踐行新時(shí)代科學(xué)
家精神。
2出生日期在1986年1月1日(含) 以后。
3具有博士學(xué)位。
4取得博士學(xué)位后至2026年4月15日前，應(yīng)在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等獲得正式教學(xué)或科研職位，且具有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上工作經(jīng)歷;在海外取得博士學(xué)位且業(yè)績(jī)特別突出的，可放寬工作年限要求(通過(guò)中外聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)方式取得海外博士學(xué)位不適用)。在海外工作期間，同時(shí)擁有境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的申請(qǐng)
人，其境內(nèi)帶薪酬職位的工作年限不計(jì)入海外工作年限。
5在生命科學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域取得同行專家認(rèn)可的科研或技術(shù)等成果，且具有成為
該領(lǐng)域?qū)W術(shù)帶頭人或杰出人才的發(fā)展?jié)摿Α?/font>
6申請(qǐng)人尚未全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華) 工作，或者2025年1月1日以后回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作。獲資助通知后須辭去海外工作并全職回國(guó)(來(lái)華)工作不少于3年。

薪酬待遇 Remuneration
年薪可超100萬(wàn)。另根據(jù)人才類別，按政策享受地方相應(yīng)的配套津貼及安家補(bǔ)貼，歸國(guó)后尚未與國(guó)內(nèi)單位建立勞動(dòng)關(guān)系的，可按規(guī)定享受1.2萬(wàn)元/月以上生活補(bǔ)貼。
Annual salary may exceed I million RMB, applicants can enjoy thecorresponding local government subsidies and settlement subsidiesbased on talent categories. Besides, talents who have returned toChina but have not yet established labor relations with domestic unitscan enjoy a monthly living allowance of more than twelve thousandRMB.
科研經(jīng)費(fèi) Scientific Research Fund
在基金委資助的基礎(chǔ)上科研啟動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)可超1000萬(wàn)，按需支持，一事一議，不設(shè)上限。
Starting funds may exceed 10 million RMB based on NSFCfundingnegotiable based on actual demands, no upper limit.
住房安排 Housing
入住人才過(guò)渡房(拎包入住)，符合政策條件者，可以優(yōu)惠價(jià)格申購(gòu)人才住房一套。
One assignment of talent housing can be purchased at a preferentialpolicy price,and one assignment of expert apartment can beprovided during the transition period.
其他支持Other Support
聘任為“百人計(jì)劃”研究員，是浙江大學(xué)正式事業(yè)編制教學(xué)科研并重崗教師，具有博士生招生資格，保證前三年不少于3個(gè)博士研究生，全額資助同期在站3個(gè)博士后名額，支持招收技術(shù)員。
Appointed as ZJU 100 Young Professor: eligibility for doctoraenrollment, guarantee of enrollment of more than 3 doctoral studentsfor the first three years, guarantee of enrollment of 3 post-doctoral atthe same time (funded by the school).
